Claims (11)
- 분압을 기준으로 했을 때 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성됨으로써 생선 또는 해산물의 표면과 내부에서 효소반응을 둔화시키는, 생선 및 해산물 저장용 가스 혼합물.
- 분압을 기준으로 했을 때 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성됨으로써 생선 또는 해산물의 미생물 성장을 둔화시키는, 생선 및 해산물 저장용 가스 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 10%내지 20%의 산소 및 30%내지 40%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 50%의 Co2,20%의 O2및 30%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물.
- 생선 및 해산물을 가스 비침투성 용기에 넣고, 상기 용기를 진공으로하여 상기 용기에 분압으로 기준으로 했을 때 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물을 도입하고, 상기 용기 내부에서 예정 준위의 압력에 도달할때까지 가스 혼합물의 주입을 계속하고, 상기 용기를 둘러싸고 있는 외부대기로부터 어떠한 오염도 피할 수 있도록 상기 용기를 밀폐하는 단계를 포함하는 생선 및 해산물의 저장방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 예정 준위의 압력은 약 대기압인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산물이 가스 플래싱/팩키징 방법에 따라 포장되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산물이 비가공, 가공, 훈제, 신선한 상태의 혹은 염장 상태의 산물 가운데 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 개별의 서어빙 접시인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 벌크용기인 방법.
