Claims (10)

  1. 가공될 금속판을 대략 수평면의 위치에서 지지하기 위한 수단, 상기 판체지지수단의 측면을 따라 뻗어있는 한쌍의 레일, 하나의 레일로 부터 다른 쪽의 레일로 뻗어있고 크로스부재에 의해 양쪽끝에서 결합된 간격을 가진 한쌍의 지지비임을 포함하며 그 레일을 따라 왕복운동을 하도록 상기 레일과 맞물린 종동지지수단, 상기 지지비임위에 있는 트랙에 설치되어 상기 지지비임 사이에 있는 드릴링 수단을 지지하기 위한 수단, 그리고 상기 판체지지수단의 일측에서 타측으로 상기 지지비임을 따라 상기 드릴링 수단을 이동시키기 위한 구동 수단을 포함하는 판금작업기.
  2. 청구범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지비임위에 있는 트랙이 하나의 비임의 상부와 다른 하나의 비임의 하부에 부착된 판금작업기.
  3. 청구범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 레일을 따라 종동지지수단이 이동되는 것과 지지비임을 따라 드릴링 및 모방절단 수단이 이동 되는 것이, 레일 하나의 상부와 지지비임 하나의 상부에 설치된 래크에 맞물리도록 된 기어박스와 한 쌍의 피니언 기어를 구동 시키는 각각의 전기 모우터에 의해 이루어지는 판금작업기.
  4. 청구범위 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 기어박스가 상기 피니언 기어를 반대방향으로 바이아스시키는 바람직한 기어 배치를 가짐으로서, 래크의 톱니의 양면에 피니언 기어를 맞물려서 드라이브 시스템에 있어서의 백래쉬를 최소한으로 감소시킬 수 있도록 된 판금작업기.
  5. 가공할 금속판과 접하도록 위치한 최소한 하나의 클램핑 각주, 상기 각주를 통하여 가공할 금속판에 실질적으로 수직의 클램핑력을 가하기 위한 수단, 클램프된 위치에 클램핑 각주를 록킹하기 위한 수단으로 이루어지며, 그에 따라 클램핑력을 가하는 수단에대해 판금가공작업을 하는 동안 클램핑각주를 지지하는 구조체에 가해지는 하중을 감소시키기 위해 작동을 중지시킬 수 있는 것을 포함하는 판금작업기용 클램핑 메카니즘.
  6. 대략 가공할 금속판을 수평면의 위치에 지지하기 위한 수단, 상기 판체 지지수단의 측면을 따라 뻗어 있는 한 쌍의 레일, 하나의 레일로 부터 다른 쪽의 레일로 뻗어 있고 크로스부재에 의해 양쪽끝에서 결합되고 간격을 가진 한 쌍의 지지비임을 포함하며 그 레일을 따라 왕복운동을 하도록 상기 레일과 맞물린 종동지지수단, 상기 지지비임위에 있는 트랙에 설치되어 상기 지지비임 사이에 있는 드릴링 수단을 지지하기 위한 수단, 상기 판체 지지수단의 일측에서 타측으로 상기 지지비임을 따라 상기 드릴링 수단을 이동시키기 위한 구동수단, 상기 드릴링 수단을 지지하는 수단에 의해 지지된 판체클램핑 수단. 가장 클것으로 예상되는 드릴링력보다 더 크게 되도록 선택될 클램핑력을 상기 클램핑수단을 통하여 상기 금속판에 가하는 수단, 그리고 상기 클램핑력이 상기 가공될 금속판에 가해지는 동안 클램핑수단을 그 클램프된 위치에 록킹 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 판금작업기.
  7. 청구범위 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 각주가 판체의 가공될 부분을 부분적으로 둘러싸고 있는 부분을 갖는 클램핑 수단.
  8. 청구범위 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 각주가 그 아래 및 가공될 판체의 부위에 수압 베어링을 생성시키기 위해 그 아래로 열려진 유체 수용통로를 갖는 클램핑 수단.
  9. 청구범위제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 록킹 수단이 클램핑력을 가하기 위한 수단으로부터 뻗어있는 피스톤 로드를 둘러 싸고 있는 변형가능한 슬리브를 포함하고, 상기 슬리브가 유체압력에 의해 상기 피스톤 로드와 록킹결합으로 변경될 수 있음으로 해서 클램핑각주를 제자리에 록킹할 수 있도록 된 클램핑 수단.
  10. 청구범위 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 드릴링 수단을 위한 상기 지지수단 위에 설치되고, 상기 지지비임 중의 하나에 걸쳐서 그리고 상기 판체지지수단에 인접한 위치를 향해 아래쪽으로 뻗어 있는 모방절단 수단을 더 갖춘 판금작업기.
