Claims (4)
- 다음 일반식(I)의 에틴 유도체.여기서 R1은 비치환, -CN에 의해 일치환되거나 또는 할로겐으로 적어도 일치환된 탄소수 1 내지 15를 가지는 알킬 또는 알케닐기, (이들 라디칼내의 하나 또는 그 이상의 CH2기는 이중 원자가 상호 직접 연결되지 않도록 상호 독립적으로 각가 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -O-CO-, -O-COO-, -CO-O, 또는 -C C-로 대치될 수 있다), H, 할로겐, -CN, 또는 -NCS이고, R2는 -OCF3, -OC2F5또는 -OC2F4H이고, A1과 A2는 각각 상호 독립적으로 a) 1, 4-페닐렌라디칼이고, 여기서 하나 또는 그 이상의 CH기가 N으로 대치될 수 있고, b 트란스-1, 4-시클로헥실렌 라디칼이고, 여기서 하나 또는 두 개의 비인접 CH2기가 -O- 및/또는 -S-로 대치될 수 있고, c) 1, 4-시클로헥세닐렌, 1, 4-시클로헥사디에닐렌 또는 1, 4-비시클로-(2.2.2)-옥틸렌으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 되는 라디칼이고, a) 및 b) 라디칼이 한번 또는 그 이상 할로겐, 사아노 및/또는 CH3에 의해 치환될 수가 있고, Z1과 Z2는 각각 상호 독립적으로 -CO-O, -O-CO-, CH2O-, -OCH2-, -CH2CH2-, -C C- 또는 단일 결합이고, m과 n은 각각 상호 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, A3및 A4는 각각 상호 독립적으로 a) 1, 4-페닐렌 또는 4, 4’- 비페닐렌 라디칼이고, 여기서 하나 또는 그 이상의 CH기가 또한 N으로 대치될 수 있고, b) 트란스-1, 4-시클로헥실렌 라디칼, c) 1, 4-시클로헥세닐렌, 1, 4-시클로헥사디에닐렌 또는 1, 4-비시클로(2.2.2)옥틸렌으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 되는 라디칼이고, 라디칼 a) 및 b)는 할로겐, 시아노 및/또는 CH3로 한번 또는 그 이상 전환될 수 있으며, 단, 적어도 A3또는 A4의 하나가 적어도 하나의 CH기가 N으로 대치되고/되거나 적어도 A3및 A4그룹의 하나가 트란스-1, 4-시클로헥실렌 또는 1, 4-비시클로(2.2.2)옥틸렌 및/또는 적어도 A1, A2, A3및 A4그룹의 하나가 1, 4-시클로헥세닐렌 또는 1,4-시클로헥세디에닐렌이다.
- 청구범위 제1항의 일반식(I)의 화합물의 액정상의 성분으로서의 용도.
- 적어도 두 개의 액정 성분을 가진 액정사에서 있어서, 일반시(I)의 화합물 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정상.
