제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 사이클로헥사놀 및/또는 사이클로헥사논의 제조 방법의 간략화된 블록 다이어그램이다.
Claims (5)
- 사이클로헥센, 사이클로헥산 및 벤젠을 함유한 피드스트림내의 사이클로헥센이 사이클로헥사놀로 수화 및/또는 사이클로헥사논의 산화되고, 생성된 사이클로헥사놀 및/또는 사이클로헥사논이 반응 혼합물로부터 분리되어지고, 잔류하는 사이클로헥산과 미리 연결괸 사이클로 헥센제조 구역으로 재순환되는 과정으로 구성되고, 사이클로헥산과 벤젠이 미리 연결된 사이클로헥센제조 구역으로 재순환되는 과정으로 구성되고, 사이클로헥센제조 구역으로 재순환된 스트림의 일부가 탈수소화 반응을 거치고 잔류부분은 수소화 반응을 거치며 그렇게 생성된 반응 스트림 결합되어서 수화 및/또는 산화 단계의 피드 스트림을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클로 헥사놀 및/또는 사이클로헥사논의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈수소화 단계에서 생성된 수소의 전부 또는 일부가 수소화 단계에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회수 스트림의 벤젠과 사이클로헥산의 몰비가 5 : 1-1 : 5인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 재순환된 스트림이 수소화 구역과 탈수소화 구역으로 나뉘는 비율이 피드 스트림의 벤젠/사이클로헥산의 비율에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사이클로헥센의 농도를 증가시키기 위하여 피드 스트림이 전처리되고, 그 처리된 스트림이 수화 및/또는 산화단계에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
