Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de ciclohezanona, en el que se hidrogena benceno a ciclohexano en una zona de hidrogenación el ciclohexano se oxida en la fase líquida con un gas que contiene oxígeno molecular formando una mezcla que contiene ciclohexanol en una zona de oxidación el ciclohexanol resultante se deshidrogena catalíticamente a ciclohexanona e hidrógeno en una zona de deshidrogenación, y se separa la ciclohexanona y el ciclohexanol no convertido, caracterizado porque la mezcla de gas restante, que consiste sustancialmente en hidrógeno, se lava con ciclohexano o benceno y a continuación el gas se alimenta a la zona de hidrogenación.
