Abstract

Invenţia se referă la compuşii de peroxid, în special la obţinerea hidroperoxidului de ciclohexil (HPC) în amestec cu ciclohexanona şi ciclohexanolul, utilizate în procesul obţinerii polimerilor. Scopul constă în mărirea cantităţii de HPC în produsele reacţiei. Obţinerea HPC special se efectuează prin oxigenarea în fază lichidă a ciclohexanului (CH) cu oxigen molecular (OM), saturând anterior CH cu OM la temperatura de 20-40°C şi presiunea de 15-45 atm cu oxigenarea ulterioară a ciclohexanului cu oxigen dizolvat în el la temperatura 160-190°C şi presiunea 20-60 atm. Saturarea CH cu oxigen se efectuează până la nivelul de saturare de 100% vol. Oxigenarea se execută într-un reactor de formă cilindrică având raportul diametrului şi lungimii 1 : (125-1000), viteza de livrare a materiei prime 0,4-0,8 ore-1 şi timpul de aflare a amestecului de reacţie în reactor, în care vor reacţiona 56-99,9% de oxigen dizolvat. Procesul se efectuează la temperatură constantă sau micşorând temperatura de-a lungul reactorului cu 10-40°C. Procedeul face posibilă obţinerea produsului special cu selectivitate conform sumei produselor de 94,1-97,5. Partea de HPC 67,7-89%.
