Abstract

Изобретение относится к перекисным соединениям, в частности к получению гидроперекиси циклогексила (ПЦГ) в смеси с циклогексаном и циклогексанолом, которые применяются при получении полимеров. Цель - увеличение содержания ПЦГ в продуктах реакции. Получение целевой ПЦГ ведут жидкофазным окислением циклогексана (ЦГ) молекулярным кислородом (МК) с предварительным насыщением ЦГ МК при 20-40оС и давлении 15-45 атм с последующим окислением ЦГ растворенным в нем кислородом при 160-190оС и давлении 20-60 атм. Насыщение ЦГ кислородом ведут до степени насыщения 100 об.%. Окисление ведут в реакторе цилиндрической формы при соотношении диаметра и длины 1:(125-1000), скорости подачи сырья 0,4-0,8 ч-1 и времени пребывания реакционной смеси в реакторе, за которое прореагирует 56-99,9% растворенного кислорода. Процесс ведут при постоянной температуре или при снижении температуры по длине реактора на 10-40оС. Способ позволяет получить целевой продукт с селективностью по сумме продуктов 94,1-97,5. Доля ПЦГ 67,7-89%.
