소리감쇠나 진동감쇠 코팅, 코팅부재 및 코팅방법

제2도는 제1도의 II-II선을 따라 개략적으로 도시한 부분단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 특별히 상위한 코팅을 도시한, 제2도와 유사한 단면도.

Claims (19)

  1. 기공, 틈, 공동(3)을 갖는 비교적 견고한 물체(2)의 층 및/또는 상기 물체(2) 보다 큰 가소성이나 판성을 갖는 물질(4)을 내포하는 우묵한 곳(12)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 소리감쇠 및/또는 진동감쇄 코팅.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층(2)이 개방구멍 구조나 개방기공 구조(3)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 8% 내지 30%의 가능한 균일하게 분포되는 다공성을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)은 공동(3)이 상기 입자들(5) 사이에서 형성될 수 있도록 직접 포개어 쌓인 입자들(5)로 구성되며, 더욱이 공동(3)에 내포된 물질을 변형함으로써 코팅에서 발생된 진동효과로 입자들이 서로서로에 대해 어떤 크기로 변형되거나 이동함을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 평균 직경이 50㎛와 150㎛ 사이로 포개어 쌓은 입자들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하는 코팅.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 포개어 쌓은 응고된 작은 금속 방울(5)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 유동성 금속의 방사, 특히 플레임(flame) 분무라 불리는 금속분말들의 플레임 발사 기술로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)은 길이가 20㎛ 내지 100㎛이며 두께가 10㎛ 내지 40㎛를 갖는 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)은 마모 저항용 감속이나 합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질(4)이 점탄성 물질이나 점가소성물질 특히 페놀수지로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)의 두께가 0.1mm와 0.4mm 사이 특히 0.2mm와 0.3mm 사이로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅으로 제공되는 부재 특히 금속 부재.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 지정된 지역(10)의 위치에서 부재의 포장될 표면에 딱딱하게 고정되어 있고, 이 표면의 다른 지역(11)에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 자유로울 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 코팅부재.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 층(2)이 포장될 표면에 딱딱하게 고정되는 지역(10)이 그층(2)이나 표면지역의 75%에서 95% 사이로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅부재.
  15. 제12항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2) 이 니켈-알루미늄, 니켈-크롬, 몰리브덴을 함유하는 고정층(6)에 의해 포장된 표면에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅부재.
  16. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 어떤부재의 포장될 표면에 비교적 견고한 물체(2)층의 확실한 부착을 위해 표면처리가 적용되고, 이층(2)이 아아크분무, 플레임분무, 플라즈마분무, 진공플라즈마분무와 같은 이미 알려진 기술을 사용하여 적어도 부분용해상태나 작은 방울 상태에서 이물질에 방사함으로써 그렇게 처리된 표면에 적용되고, 상기 물질(4)이 상기 물체(2)의 응고된 작은 방울 상태에서 형성된 구멍으로 들어가는 코팅방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 상기 공동(3)을 형성하므로써 표면과 서로 서로에 충분한 부착을 하는 동안, 작은 방울들이 상기 표면에 도달했을 때는 이미 부분적으로 응고되고, 상기 방울들이 그 표면에 접촉하는 동안 최소 변형을 격도록 줄어들 운동에너지가 되는 그러한 거리로부터 포장될 표면위에 방사됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
  18. 제16항 또는 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(2)이 비교적 견고한 물체를 형성하는 금속의 합금과 화학적으로 쉽게 제거될 수 있는 다른 물질의 합금위에 적용되고, 이 다른물질은 부가의 구멍들을 형성하므로써 적어도 부분적으로 제거되며, 다음에 물질(4)이 공동(3) 안으로 들어감을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
  19. 제16항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질(4)이 주입 특히 진공주입으로 비교적 견고한 층안에 있는 공동(3)로 들어감을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
