도기(陶器)의 가압성형 장치
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 도기의 가압성형장치의 구성을 표시한 정면도. 제2도는 장치 본체의 정면도. 제3도는 제2도 I-I선 단면도. 제4도는 형틀 및 서스펜션프레임의 일부절결 정면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 중형(4b)과 외형(4c)에 의해 가압성형공간(s)을 형성가능하게 구성함과 아울러, 동 가압성형공간(s)의 하부밑면을 전후 및 좌우방향으로 경사시키고, 동 하부밑면의 최저위치에 이장통로(4p)를 설치한 적어도 하나의 형틀로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
  2. 중형(4b)과 외형(4c)에 의해 각각 가압성형공간(s)을 형성가능하게 구성함과 아울러, 동 가압성형공간(s)의 하부밑면을 전후 및 좌우방향으로 경사시키고 동 하부밑면의 최저위치에 이장통로(4p)를 설치하고, 두 인접하는 형틀사이에 형틀분할겸 충격흡수용 스프링(27)을 삽입한 다수의 형틀로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수평프레임(3)과 전기한 수평프레임(3)을 따라 형틀이 서로 독립하여 이동가능하게 다수의 서스펜션프리임(19)에 의해 전기한 수평프레임(3)으로부터 매달린 형틀이 구비되어 있는 프레임구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
  4. 제2항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 각 이동형틀내에 형성된 전기한 다수의 이장통로(4p)는 서로 접합면에서 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
  5. 제2항을 내지 제4항에 있어서, 형틀분할겸 형틀체결 스프링이 두 이동형틀 사이에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전기한 이장통로는 이장을 가압성형 공간내로 공급하는 것은 물론, 가압성형 공간으로부터 잉여이장을 배출하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도기의 가압성형장치.
