Claims (18)

  1. Bi.Sr,Ca.Cu.O 및 Pb 와 Al 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물계 초전도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Pb 와 Al 중 적어도 하나와 Bi와의 조성비가 5 : 95 내지 85 : 15의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Bipb)2SrxCa2Cu3OY,X=0.5 내지 5인 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 초전도체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Bipb)2Sr2CaxCu3OY,X=1 내지 3.5인 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 초전도체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 식 (Bipb)2Sr2Ca2CuxOY,X=1.5 내지 4.5인 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 식들중 적어도 하나의 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
  7. 적정량의 Bi2O3, SrCo3, CaCo3, CuO 및 pbo와 Al2O3중 적어도 하나를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고 ; 혼합물을 하소하고 ; 하소된 혼합물을 분쇄하고 냉간 프레싱하고 ; 및 프레싱된 혼합물을 소결하는 단계들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물계 초전도체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하소 및 소결이 공기중에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 하소 및 소결이 대략 750℃ 내지 900℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 하소 및 소결이 대략 820℃ 내지 870℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 소결이 대략 1/5 내지 1/100이 산소 분압에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 초전도체는 하기 식들중 적어도 하나의 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물계 초전도체의 제조방법.
    여기서, a=1 내지 5.0 ; b=1 내지 3.5 ; c=1 내지 4.5 ; 및 X=0.05내지 0.85
  13. 적정량의 Bi2O3, SrCO3, CaCo3, Cuo 및 Pbo와 Al2O3중 적어도 하나를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고 ; 혼합물을 하소하고 ; 하소된 혼합물을 용융시켜 물질을 얻고 ; 및 용융된 물질의 용융점 이하의 온도에서 용융물질을 어닐링하는 단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 하소 및 어닐링이 공기중에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 하소 및 어닐링이 대략 750℃ 900℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 용융이 대략적으로 적어도 900℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 용융이 Ag, Au, Pt 및 Pd 재료들 중 하나로 된 기판상에 놓인 하소된 혼합물상에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, 초전도체가 하기 식들중 적어도 하나의 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
