Then this raw material powder is mixed so that it is regulated to the composition of YBa2-xSrxCu3Oy and molded and thereafter calcined in the oxygen atmosphere and thereby electrically-conductive ceramic wherein the following molar ratio of elements is satisfied is obtained.
