CONSTITUTION:A solution, dispersion or suspension containing at least three kinds of elements consisting of (A) one or more elements selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba among the group IIa elements of the periodic table, (B) one or more elements selected from Sc, Y and lanthanoids among the group IIIa elements and (C) Cu is prepared beforehand. The solution, etc., contains at least a part of at least one kind of the above at least three kinds of elements in the form of metal alkoxides and/or metal acetylacetonates and contains remaining elements as organometallic compounds. The metal alkoxides and/or metal acetylacetonates in the solution, etc., are hydrolyzed and the obtained mixture is calcined at 300-500 deg.C and sintered.
