Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having high critical current density, high critical temperature and narrow transition temperature range, by mixing a copper amine complex with a hydrolyzed product of alkoxides and/or acetylacetonates of elements of two specific types and calcining the obtained mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixture is produced by homogeneously dissolving, dispersing or suspending (A) the hydrolyzed product of alkoxides and/or acetylacetonates of one or more kinds of elements selected Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba among the group IIa elements of the periodic table, (B) the hydrolyzed product of alkoxides and/or acetylacetonate of one or more kinds of elements selected Sc, Y and lanthanoids among the group IIIa elements and (C) a copper amine complex at specific ratios in a solvent such as methanol. The obtained mixture contains the component C included in the mixture of the components A and B. The solvent is optionally removed by evaporation and the mixture is calcined at 800-1,000 deg.C for >=2hr.
