Claims (10)

  1. (a) 비양자성 용매, (b) 사이클릭 에테르, (c) 셀로솔브 아세테이트 또는 메틸 셀로솔브 및 (d) 수화제로 이루어진 다성분 용매계[여기에서, 용매중의 성분들 a/b/c/d의 비는 3-27/94-33/2-33/1-7 pph(parts per hundred) 범위로 사용된다]중의 폴리우레아/폴리우레탄 중합체의 용액을 만들고; 용매중의 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체의 얇은 필름을 미소다공성 지지체 기재위에 침착시킨 다음; 언급한 용매를 증발시켜 지지체위에 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체의 얇은 필름이 생성되도록 하는 것을 포함하여, 다공성 지지체상에 얇은 폴리우레아/우레탄 활성층으로 이루어진 복합막을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비양자성 용매가 디메틸포름아미드이고, 사이클릭에테르가 디옥산이며, 수화제가 크로틸 알코올인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 미소다공성 지지체 기재가 폴리올레핀 및 테플론중에서 선택된 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 다성분 용매계중의 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체 농도가 용매 100부를 기준으로 중합체 약 40부 이하인 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 다성분 용매계중의 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체 농도가 용매 100부당 중합체 약 0.5 내지 20부의 범위에 있는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미소다공성 지지체 기재상에 침착된 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체가 약 20% 이상 100% 미만의 우레아 지수, 약 15몰%, 이상의 방향족 탄소함량, 중합체 100g당 약 10 이상의 작용기 밀도 및 약 8 미만의 C=O/NH비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 방향족 탄화수소 및 비-방향족 탄화수소의 공급 혼합물을 과도증발 또는 퍼스트랙션(perstraction) 조건하에서, 다공성 지지체위에 형성된 폴리우레아/우레탄의 얇은 활성층으로 구성된 복합막[이 복합막은 (a) 비양자성 용매, (b) 사이클릭 에테르, (c) 셀로솔브 아세테이트 또는 메틸 셀로솔브 및 (d) 수화제로 이루어진 다성분 용매계(이때 용매중의 성분들 a/b/c/d의 비는 약 3-27/94-33/2-33/1-7 pph 범위로 사용된다)중의 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체의 용액을 만들고; 용매중의 중합체의 얇은 필름을 미소당공성 지지체위에 침착시킨 다음; 언급한 용매를 증발시켜 지지체위에 얇은 필름 폴리우레아/우레탄막이 생성되도록 하는 단계로 제조된다]과 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 여기에서 폴리우레아/우레탄 공중합체가 약 20% 이상 100% 미만의 우레아 지수 약 15몰% 이상의 방향족 탄소함량, 중합체 100g당 약 10 이상의 작용기 밀도 및 약 8 미만의 C=O/NH비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 언급한 공급혼합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소를 분리하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비양자성 용매가 디메틸포름아미드이고, 사이클릭 에테르가 디옥산이며, 수화제가 크로틸 알코올인 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 분리공정을 과도증발 조건하에 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 공급혼합물이 나프타, 접촉분해 중질 나프타, 경질 가스오일, 접촉분해 경질 가스 오일 및 중간 생성물 접촉분해 나프타중에서 선택된 방법.
