Claims (4)

  1. 광원(1)은 빛을 기록매체(5)로 방출하고,기록매체(5)에 의해 반사되는 또는 기록매체를 투과하는 빛은 그 편파방향에 따라 제 1 광검출기(11,28)또는 제 2 광검출기(17,29)로 조사되며 자기 광학기록매체(5)를 판독 및/또는 기록하는 광학스캐닝장치에 있어서, 기록매체(5)에 의한 반사되는 또는 기록매체(5)를 투과하는 빛의 강도가 일정한 값으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학스캐닝장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나의 광검출기가 설치되어 기록매체(5)에 의해 반사되는 또는 기록매체(5)를 투과하는 빛을 수신하고, 그 출력신호가 빛의 강도를 일정한 값으로 제어하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학스캐닝장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 광원(1)에 의해 발생된 광빔은 제 1 렌즈(2), 제 1 빔스플리터(3) 및 제 2 렌즈(4)를 통해 기록매체(5)로 조사되고, 기록매체(5)에 의해 반사된 광빔은 제 1 렌즈를 통해 제 1 빔스플리터(3)로 다시 진행하며, 거거서 광빔은 제 2 빔스플리터(6)로 진행하고, 제 2 빔스플리터(6)는 광빔을 제 3 렌즈(12) 및 제 3 빔스플리터(13)를 통해 제 3 광검출기(16)로 진행하게 하며, 제 3 광검출기(16)의 출력신호로부터 트래킹 제어회로에 대한 트래킹에러신호가 형성되고, 제 3 빔스플리터(13)는 광빔을 제 4 렌즈(14)를 통해 제 4 광검출기(15)로 진행하게 하고, 제 4 광검출기(15)의 출력신호로부터 포커싱제어회로에 대한 포커싱에러신호가 형성되며, 제 2 빔스플리터(6)는 광빔을 λ/2플레이트(7), 편파 빔 스퓰터(8) 및 제 5 렌즈(9)를 통해 제 1 광검출기(11)로 진행하게 하고, 편파 빔스플리터(8)는 광빔을 제 6 렌즈(10)를 통해 제 2 검출기(17)로 진행하게 하며, 제 1 광검출기(11)의 출력단은 제 1 증폭기(19)를 통해 가산증폭기(21)의 한 입력단 및 차동증폭기(20)의 감산입력단과 연결되고, 제 2 광검출기(17)의 출력단은 제 2 증폭기(18)를 통해 가산증폭기(21)의 다른 입력단 및 차동증폭기(20)의 가산입력단과, 연결되며, 가산증폭기(21)의 출력단은 제어기(22)를 통해 변조기(23)와 연결되고 변조기(23)의 출력단은 광원의 제어입력단과 연결되며, 치동증폭기(20)의 출력단에서는 기록매체(5)의 자구에 기억된 데이타를 포함하는 데이타신호(MS)가 출력될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학스캐닝장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 광원(1)에 의해 발생된 광빔은 제 1 렌즈(2), 제 1 빔스플리터(3) 및 제 2 렌즈(4)를 통해 기록매체(5)로 조사되고, 기록매체(5)뒤에 편파 빔스플리터(31)가 설치되며,기록매체에 의해 반사된 광빔은 제 2 렌즈(4)를 통해 제 1 빔스플리터(3)로 다시 진행하고 거기서 제 3 렌즈(12)를 통해 제 2 빔스플리터(13)로 진행하며, 제 2 빔스플리터(13)는 광빔을 제 4 렌즈(14)를 통해 제 3 광검출기(15)로 진행하게 하고, 제 3 광검출기(15)의 출력신호로부터 포커싱제어회로에 대한 포커싱에러신호가 형성되며, 제 2 빔스플리터(13)는 또한 광빔을 제 4 광검출기(16)로 진행하게 하고, 제 4 광검출기의 출력신호로부터 트래킹제어회로에 대한 트래킹 에러신호가 형성되며, 가산증폭기(21)에서 제1 및 제2 광검출기(28,29)이 출력전압의 합계가 형성되고, 가산증폭기(21)의 출력단은 제어기(22)를 통해 변조기(23)의 입력단과 연결되며, 변조기(23)는 기록매체(5)를 투과하는 빛이 강도가 일정한 값으로 조절되도록 광원(1)의 출력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학스캐닝장치.
