Claims (14)

  1. 복수개의 잉크 격실들을 가지고 있는 펜 본체부, 그속에 복수개의 격설된 개구부들을 가지고 있으며 또한 , 각각의 개구부들에는, 노즐 군을 가지고 있고 프린트헤드, 상기 프린트헤드를 상기 펜 본체부에 장착하는 장치, 각각의 격실과 대응하는 노즐군 사이에 개별적인 잉크 통로로 제공하며, 상기 노즐 군들에서 상기 격실들과 상기 프린트헤드의 상기 개구부들 사이의 각각의 개별적인 통행들을 마련하는 장치로 구성되고, 각각의 노즐 군이 동일한 노즐 간격으로 위치된 적어도 하나의 격설된 노즐들의 열로 구성되고, 상기노즐 간격은 잉크 점행들 사이의 간격에 대응하며, 하나의 군내의 노즐들의 열의 중앙선이 인접한 군내의 노즐들의 열의 중앙선과 평행하고, 상기 열들의 중앙선들은 예정된 수의 점행 간격들 만큼 측방향으로 격설되어 있으며, 또한 각각의 열의 단부 노즐이, 노즐 열들에 평행한 방향으로 측정할 때, 인접한 노즐열내의 인접한 단부 노즐로부터 적어도 1점행 간격 만큼 격설되어 있는 리코딩 장치용 복수 격실 잉크 제트 펜.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 수가 16인 잉크 제트 펜.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 노즐 군이 2개의 평행한 노즐들의 열들로 구성된 잉크 제트 펜.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 인접한 노즐 군들내에서 노즐들의 평행한 열들 사이의 중앙선들이 예정된 수의 점행 간격들 만큼 측방향으로 결설되어 있는 잉크 제트 펜.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 수가 16인 잉크 제트 펜.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 노즐 군들내의 노즐들의 상기 평행한 열들이 각각 동일한 수의 노즐들을 가지고 있으며, 노즐들의 제1열을 따르는 방향으로 노즐들의 제2열에 대해 노즐 간격의 1/2만큼 이동되어, 노즐들의 열들에 평행한 방향으로 측정할 때, 노즐 군내의 2개의 열들내의 대응하는 노즐들 사이에 잉크 점행 간격을 형성하는 잉크 제트 펜.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 인접한 노즐 군들의 대면하는 열들의 인접한 단부 노즐들이, 노즐 열들에 평행한 방향으로 측정할 때, 적어도 1점행 간격 만큼 격설되어 있는 잉크 제트 펜.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 잉크 통로가 상기 2개의 평행한 노즐들의 열들 사이의 위치내에서 각각의 노즐 군에 개방 단부를 가지고 있는 잉크 제트 펜.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 개방 단부가 대체로 노즐 군내의 상기 노즐들의 열들의 길이 만큼 연장된 잉크 제트 펜.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프린트헤드가 상기 복수개의 격설된 개구부들을 그속에 가지고 있는 기판, 상기 복수개의 격설된 개구부들과 수효가 동일하며 대응되게 격설된 노즐 군들을 가지고 있는 노즐 판, 상기 복수개의 개구부들의 인접한 개구부 둘레에 각각의 노즐 군의 노즐들의 유체 밀봉부를 제공하며 또한 각각의 노즐 군의 각각의 노즐과 상기 인접한 개구부와의 잉크 통로를 제공하고 상기 기판에 상기 노즐 판을 고정하는 장치. 각각의 노즐에서 노즐로부터 잉크를 발출시키기 위하여 잉크에 작용하도록 잉크 통로내에 있는 잉크 발출 장치, 및 각각의 잉크 발출 장치를 개별적으로 작동시키기 위한 회로 장치로 구성된 잉크 제트 펜.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 발출 장치가 레지스터로 구성된 잉크 제트 펜.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 노즐판이 각각의 노즐 군내의 2개의 평행한 노즐들의 열들, 및 각각의 노즐군내의 3개의 평행한 노즐들의 열들 사이의 매니포울드로 구성되고, 상기 매니포울드가 상기 잉크 통로의 일부를 포함하고 상기 개구부에 배치되어 있으며 또한 상기 2개의 평행한 노즐들의 열들의 각각의 노즐들과 상기 개구부를 연동시켜주는 잉크 제트 펜.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펜 본체부가 상기 잉크 격실내로 통하는 각각의 개구부들을 가지고 있으며 상기 잉크 격실들 모두에 공통인 단부판, 그 위에 프린트헤드가 장착되고 또한 상기 복수개의 격설된 개구부들의 각각의 개구부와 각각 연통되는 관통 개구부들을 가지고 있으며, 상기 단부판에 인접한 상기 펜 본체 부상의 전방판, 및 상기 단부 판과 상기 전방 판 사이에 배치되어 압축되며, 각각의 잉크 격실로부터 대응하는 노즐 군까지의 잉크 통로를 제공하기 위하여, 상기 단부판내의 각각의 개구부와 상기 전방 판내의 대응하는 개구부 사이의 개별적인 통행들을 한정하는 관통 개구부들을 가지고 있는 밀봉판으로 구성된 잉크 제트 펜.
  14. 프린트헤드(60)을 가지고 있으며, 상기 프린트헤드(60)이 상기 프린트헤드(60)상에서 인접한 프린팅행들내에 위치된 제1노즐 군(62a),(62b) 및 제2노즐 군 (62c), (62d)로 구성되고, 각각의 행내의 군들이 스태거링되어 있으며 또한 인접한 행내의 군들에 대해 공간적으로 오프셋되어 있어서, 노즐 누화가 최소화되면서 동시에 노즐 패킹 밀도가 최소화된 다색 잉크 제트 펜.
