Claims (4)
- 엔진에의 흡입공기가 유통하는 통형통로를 구비하고, 흡입공기관의 통로에 회전가능하게 설치된 제1교축밸브와, 상기 제1교축밸브와 동축사에서 회전 가능하게 유지되어 제1교축밸브의 통형통로를 개폐하는 제2교축밸브와, 구동모터를 갖고, 상기 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 한쪽을 회전구동하는 전자제어작동기와 가속페달을 갖고, 상기 가속페달이 상기 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 다른쪽과 기계적으로 연결하고, 상기 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 다른쪽을 회전구동하는 구동수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 상기 한쪽을 설정위치로 복귀시키기 위한 복귀스프링과, 차량의 운전상태에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2교축밸브 사이의 목표 상대 회전 각도를 연산하고, 상기 연산결과에 따라 상기 전자제어 작동기를 제어하는 연산제어부를 구비하는 엔진의 교축밸브 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자제어작동기에 의해 회전구동되는 제1 또는 제2교축밸브는 설정위치를 기준으로 향 회전방향 어느 쪽으로도 회전구동 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교축 밸브 제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전자제어작동기는 이들 구동모터의 회전축과 상기 구동모터에 의해 회전구동되는 제1 또는 제2교축밸브 사이에 설치된 전자클러치를 갖고, 상기 전자 클러치는 연산제어부에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 교축 밸브 제어장치.
- 엔진의 흡입공기통로의 도중에 설치되고 중심부에 흡입공기가 유동하는 통형통로를 구비한 제1교축밸브와 이 교축밸브의 통형통로를 개폐하는 제2교축밸브와, 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 한쪽의 회전구동하는 구동모터를 포함하는 전자제어작동기와 가속페달과 가속 와이어를 거쳐 기계적으로 연결되고 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 다른쪽을 회전구동하는 구동수단과, 제1 및 제2교축밸브의 상대회전속도를 검출하는 개도 센서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 교축밸브 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
