Claims (17)
- 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈 레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테페프탈레이트 글리콜, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리스테렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리메틸 펜텐, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 및 그것의 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 열가소성 기판의 차단특성을 증가시키는 방법에 있어서, (a) 총압, 1기압당, 0.0001기압. p.p와 동일하거나 그 이상의 F2농도와 F2/O2부피가 100이하가 되기에 충분한 산소농도 및 부가적으로 반응성 및/또는 비-반응성 성분을 잔여량으로 갖는 반응성 기류와 열가소성 기판의 최소한 한주요면을 접촉시키고 ; (b) 열가소성 기판의 상기의 주표면을 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, 에틸렌비닐 알코올, 에폭시, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴, 볼리비닐 플로라이드, 우레아포름알데히드, 실리콘 및 플루오로카본으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 차단성 피복으로 처리하고, (c) 상기 차단성 피복을 경화시키는 것으로 구성된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 기판이 용기 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 기판의 주표면을 반응성 기류와 접촉시키고, 이어 용기의 내부면을 차단성 피복으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 용기를 주입성 주조, 송풍주조, 또는 열형성으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 열가소성 기판으로부터 형성된 용기의 내면을 용기가 주조되는 동시에 단계로서 반응성 있는 가스혼합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단성 비폭을 살포성 피복, 플로우 피복 및 침각피복으로부터 선택된 기술에 의해 처리된 표면에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 가스의 온도범위가 실온으로부터 기판이 처리되는 통상적인 송풍주조 온도를 초과하는 온도임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 있어서, 반응성 기류가 염소, 브롬, 설퍼 디옥사이드, 설퍼 트리옥사이드, 일산화탄소, 산화질소, BrCl, BrCl3및 DIF3으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 부가적인 반은선분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 기판의 최소한 한 주면을 1초 내지 5분의 시간동안 반응성 가스 기류와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단성 피복의 평균 두께가 1 내지 50마이크론임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, O2, O3, 유기성 액체 및 유기성 기체에 대한 열가소성 기판의 차단성이 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 기류가 F2/O2부피비가 약 10미만이 되기에 충분한 양의 산소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 기류의 압력이 0.1과 50기압 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) F2농도가 총압, 1기압당 0.0001기압 이상이며, O2가 F2/O2부피비가 100이하가 되기에 충분한 농도로 구성된 반응성 가수 기류가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 글리콜, 폴리카르보네이트 및 폴리비닐클로라이드로부터 선택된 열가소성 기판의 최소한 한 주표면에 1초 내지 5분동안 접촉되었고, (b) 결합제의 부재하에, 상기 반응성 기체 기류로 접촉시킨 상기 열가소성 기판의 표면에 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, 에틸렌비닐 알코올, 에폭시, 폴리우레탄 및 플루오로카본 중에서 선택된 차단성 피복이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 증가된 차단특성을 갖는 중합체성 용기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 용기의 내면이 반응성 기체기류와 접한 열가소성 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 차단성 피복의 평균 두게가 1 내지 50마이크론임을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제14항에 있어서, O2, CO2, 유기성 액체 및 유기성 기체에 대한 차단 특성이 증가된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
