Claims (12)
- 물품의 밀도가 이론적 밀도의 90% 보다 크고, 최소한 60중량%로 구성된 실질적인 알루미나의 모두가, 알파알루미나 결정체의 지름이 0.5㎛미만이고 실질적인 모든 알파알루미나 결정체의 지름이 0.7㎛ 미만인 알파알루미나 결정체로 구성된 균일한 입자구조를 갖는 알파상인 것을 특징으로하는 고체이며 성형되고 소결된, 난연성 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0이상 7중량% 당량의 철을 함유하는 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 변형 첨가제를 효과적인 양으로 함유하는 물품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변형 첨가제가 실리카 또는 그의 전구체 또는 금속산화물 또는 그의 전구체인 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 파이버, 구슬, 편상, 버블, 분말, 임의-성형된 입자, 연마입자 또는 피복제인 물품.
- 물품의 표면적이 15m2/g보다 크고, 최소한 60중량%로 구성된 실질적인 알루미나의 모두가, 실질적인 모든 알파알루미나 결정체의 지름이 0.2㎛ 미만인 알파알루미나 결정체로 구성된 알파상인 것을 특징으로하는 고체이며 성형되고 소결된, 난연성 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미세기공의 내부와 실질적으로 농밀한 알파알루미나 외장을 갖는 물품.
- a. 염기성 알루미늄염 또는 그외의 가수분해성 알루미나 전구체를 제조하고: b. 상기 용액을 원하는 형 또는 피복으로 형성하고 용액을 겔화 및 건조중의 최소한 하나의 방법에 의하여 고체형으로 산출하고: c. 고체를 해소하고: d. 하소된 고체를 압착하거나 소결하여 알루미나-지지된 세라믹 물품을 형성하기 위한 졸-겔 공정에 있어서, 철-함유 조핵제의 화학적으로 효과적인 양을 건조단계전에 혼합물에 유입시키는 것을 특징으로하는 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서, 철-함유 조핵제가 분리된형 또는 콜로이드형으로 물품전구체에 유입되는 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 철-함유 조핵제가 철염 용액의 가수분해에 의하여 형성된 가수성 철-함유 입자 또는 입자화된 가수성 철 중합체의 형으로 물품전구체에 유입되는 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 변형 첨가제의 효과적인 양을 형성단계앞에 첨가하는 것으로 구성된 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 실리카, 마그네시아, 질코니아와 그의 전구체에서 선택되는 것으로 구성된 공정.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
