Claims (10)
- 세라믹 매트릭스와 이것에 분산된 5 내지 30중량%의 실리콘 카아바이드로 구성되고, 완전 밀집된 호스트 매트릭스의 고유탄성 계수치(E)보다 적어도 10% 큰 탄성계수치(E)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 세라믹 매트릭스가 알루미나-실리카, 알루미나-크로미아, 알루미나-보리아, 알루미나-보리아-실리카, 알루미늄-산화인, 타타니아, 지르코니아-실리카 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나-보리아-실리카의 몰비 가 3:1:2이거나 지르코니아-실리카의 몰비가 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 골면거칠기에 대한 평균피이크가 0.2㎛미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 카아바이드가 부분 산화된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 카아바이드 입자의 평균 직경이 0.03㎛미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 섬유, 편상, 구상, 버블 또는 랜덤형 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
- 하기의 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 매트릭스와 이것에 분산된 실리콘 카아바이드로 구성되는 세라믹 성형체의 제조방법;a)적어도 하나의 세라믹 전구체졸과 평균입경이 0.1㎛이하인 결정성 실리콘 카아바이드 입자로 구성되는 점성 전구체액의 혼합물을 제조하고;b)상기 점성농축물을 성형체로 성형하고; c)얻어진 성형체를 증발겔화 또는 가수분해 하여 압분성형체를 제조하고;d)상기 압분성형체를 가열 및 소성하여 습기 및 유주 성분을 제거함으로써 내화성 성형체를 제조한다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘카아바이드는 탄소 열공정 또는 플라스마 제조공정에서 유도되는 것을 특징으로 한 방법
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 SiC가 부분 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
