Abstract

Κεραμικές μικροσφαίρες παράγονται με διασπορά υλικού βωξίτη ή βωξιτικού αργιλλου σε υδατικό μέσο, με ξήρανση δια ψεκασμού της διασποράς για παραγωγή νωπών μικροσφαιρών και με υποβολή κατόπιν των μικροσφαιρών σε φρύξη και πυροσυσσωμάτωση στη θερμοκρασιακή περιοχή μεταξύ 1100 βαθμών Κελσίου και 1600 βαθμών Κελσίου. Το προκύπτον κεραμικο προϊόν μικροσφαιρών χρησιμοποιείται σαν λειτουργικό γέμισμα σε σύνθετα υλικά για τροποποίηση φυσικών και χημικών ιδιοτήτων του συνθέτου σώματος. ω
