Claims (2)

  1. 유압원(24), 각각의 마찰장치를 제어하여 각각 속도비를 설정하도록 가압유체를 작용시키는 다수의 솔레노이드밸브수단(12―20) 및 차량운전자에 의해 다수의 구동레인지로부터 소정구동레인지로 선택되도록 작동되는 수동밸브(38)를 포함하여 하나의 수동레인지가 유압원과 솔레노이드밸브수단을 연결하여 솔레노이드밸브수단의 선택적인 에너지화에 의해서 속도비사이의 자동 변속을 허용하도록 작동되는, 다수의 유체작동마찰장치를 맞물림 또는 해체시킴으로써 다수의 속도비를 갖는 변속기에 대한, 변속기제어회로에 있어서, 유체흐름을 저속비마찰장치와 고속비마찰장치로 향하도록 하고 유압원(24) 및 다른 고속비마찰장치와 유체교환관계에 있으며, 유압원으로부터 온 압력을 받아 제1밸브수단을 한방향으로 작동되도록 하는 제1유압상응영역(122), 저속비 마찰장치내의 유압을 받아 제1밸브수단을 다른 방향으로 작동되도록 하는 제2유압상응영역(112/114), 고속비 마찰장치내의 유압을 받아 제1의 밸브수단을 다른 방향으로 작동되도록 하는 제3유압상응영역(114/116), 및 제1밸브수단을 한방향으로 작동되도록 하는 스프링(124)를 포함하되, 상기 제1유압상응영역이 제2 또는 제3유압상응영역보다 크고, 그리고 제2와 제3유압상응영역의 합보다는 작도록 형성되어 유체흐름을 저속비마찰장치로 향하도록 하는 제1밸브수단(108); 압력원으로 압력을 받아 제2밸브수단을 한쪽방향으로 작동되도록 하는 제4유압상응영역(126/128) 및 다른 고속비를 제어하는 마찰장치내의 압력을 받아 제2밸브수단을 다른 방향으로 작동되도록 하는 제5유압상응영역(126)을 포함하되,제 4유압상응영역과 제1유압상응영역의합이 제5유압상응영역 보다 크고, 그리고 제5유압상응영역과 제 2 또는제 3유압상응영역중의 어느하나의 합이 제1과 제4유압상응 영역의 합보다 크도록 형성되는 제2밸브수단(110)을 포함하므로서, 어느 마찰장치중의 두 개의 동시 맞물림현상이 방지되도록 구성되는 클러치우선밸브(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기제어회로(transmission controlcircuit).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속기가 토오그변환기(48) 및 선택적으로 맞물리는 토오그변환기클러치를 포함하고, 상기 클러치우선밸브(34)가, 클러치우선밸브가 마찰장치중의 어느 두 개의 동시 맞물림에 의해서 작동되는 경우, 토오그변환기클러치를 해체하도록 작동되는 변환기 클러치제어부(40, 52, 48)를 포함하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 변속기 제어회로.
