Claims (3)

  1. 고정금형을 유지하는 고정대플레이트와 이동금형을 유지하는 이동대플레이트를 상기 이동대 플레이트를고정대플레이트에 대하여 진퇴동작시키는 수단과, 상기 이동대플레이트가 고정대플레이트에 접근하여 고정금형과 이동금형이 금형폐쇄한 후, 이동대플레이트와 고정대플레이트를 결합 고정하는 수단과, 금형죄는 것을 행하는 타이바아로 이루어지는 금형죄는 장치에 있어서, 상기 타이바아가 고정대플레이트와 이동대플레이트의 한쪽에 고정되고, 타이바아가 착설되어 있지 않는 다른 쪽의 대플레이트에 금형죄는데 사용하는 램을가진 유압실린더가 형성되고, 상기 결합고정수단은 상기 다른쪽의 대플레이트의 반금 형장착면상에 형성된타이바아 삽통구멍의 축심에 대해서 거의 직각으로 이종자재하고, 또한 상기 타이바아 삽통구멍의 축심방향으로 이동위치결정이 가능한 하아프너트 또는 계지블록과, 타이바아의 선단부 바깥둘레에 형성된 상기 하아프너트 또는 계지블록과 맞물리는 나사 또는 원주홈으로 이루어지고, 또, 상기 다른 쪽의 대플레이트와 하아프너트 또는 계지블록의 사이에, 타이바아 삽통구멍의 축심과 평행으로 이동위치결정 조정 가능한 스토퍼수단을 착설하고, 이 스토퍼수단에 상기 램의 일부에 당접시켜서, 이 램의 타이바아 삽통구멍의 축심방향의 위치결정을 함과 동시에, 하아프너트 또는 계지블록의 상기 램에 대향하는 단부면을 이램에 압접시키기고,그 위치에서 상기 하아프너트 또는 계지블록을 상기 타이바아의 나사 또는 원주홈에 합치시켜서 위치 결정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금형죄는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼수단은, 측심부에 관통구멍을 가지며, 보스바깥둘레에 나사가 형성되어 상기 다른 쪽의 대플레이트에 고정되고 안쪽나사를 가진 플레이트에 부착된 스프로킷이며, 램 단부면에 돌설한 스토퍼핀을 상기 스프로킷의 관통구멍에 통과시키고, 동 관통구멍으로부터 돌출한 스토퍼핀의 선단부를 관통구멍보다 직경이 큰 단(段)이 형성된 부분으로 형성하고, 스프로킷 단부면과 상기 단이 형성된 부분을 계지할 수 있도록 구성함과 동시에, 하아프너트 또는 계지블록을 상기 램쪽을 향해서 부세하도록 한 금형죄는 장치.
  3. 상기 단이 형성된 부분이 스토퍼핀이 선단부의 나사부와 너트로 구성되고, 단이 형성된 부분의 위치의 미세조정을 가능하게 한 금형죄는 장치.
