本发明公开了一种模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构,包括导向管,所述导向管套装有移动管,移动管的一端套装有旋转筒,旋转筒与导向管连接,移动管的另一端设有侧板,侧板的底端设有支撑板,侧板的顶端设有夹紧板,夹紧板设有紧固销,支撑板上设有模具,夹紧板夹住模具,紧固销紧固住模具,导向管的端部设有固定板,固定板的外侧设有夹板,夹板与固定板通过连接板连接,固定板、连接板以及夹板形成夹紧槽。本发明可以使模具牢固地固定在该夹紧机构上,旋转筒通过沿着导向管旋转可以控制移动管水平移动,方便使模具向前移动,送入注塑机上的动模座与定模座之间,方便了模具的夹紧与输送,安装模具更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种套筒旋转微调夹紧机构,具体涉及一种模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构。
背景技术
现有技术中,如专利CN200510007779.0公开了一种通过使用简单结构防止在静止和可动压板之间平行性降低的肘杆型模具夹紧机构,这种平行性降低由在销子和轴套之间的间隙所引起。作用在销子上的模具夹紧力通过轴套传递给铰接头L1,由此移动可动压板以执行模具夹紧。通过弹簧及类似物施加在与在模具夹紧时产生的模具夹紧力的相同方向上作用的预压力以朝铰接头L1移动销子。该模具夹紧机构不具有微调功能,不能实现水平移动微调,安装与输送模具到注塑机上不方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种可以使模具牢固地固定在该夹紧机构上,旋转筒通过沿着导向管旋转可以控制移动管水平移动,方便使模具向前移动,送入注塑机上的动模座与定模座之间,方便了模具的夹紧与输送,安装模具更加方便的模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构,包括导向管,导向管呈水平布置,所述导向管套装有移动管,移动管套装在导向管的外周面,导向管为外螺纹管,移动管的一端套装有旋转筒,旋转筒为内螺纹筒,旋转筒与导向管连接,旋转筒与导向管通过螺纹旋转连接,移动管的另一端设有侧板,侧板呈竖直布置,侧板的底端设有支撑板,支撑板呈水平布置,侧板的顶端设有夹紧板,夹紧板呈水平布置,夹紧板设有紧固销,支撑板上设有模具,夹紧板夹住模具,紧固销紧固住模具,导向管的端部设有固定板,固定板呈竖直布置,固定板的外侧设有夹板,夹板呈竖直布置,夹板与固定板通过连接板连接,固定板、连接板以及夹板形成夹紧槽,夹紧槽布置在连接板的上侧与下侧,夹板设有第一锁销与第二锁销,第一锁销布置在靠近夹板的中间位置,第二锁销布置在夹板的下端。
进一步地,所述支撑板比夹紧板宽大。
进一步地,所述旋转筒的外周面设有旋转槽。
进一步地,所述旋转槽为凹弧槽。
进一步地,所述旋转槽的表面设有防滑颗粒层。
进一步地,所述固定板、连接板以及夹板布置呈“H”型形状。
本发明的有益效果:由于所述导向管套装有移动管,移动管套装在导向管的外周面,导向管为外螺纹管,移动管的一端套装有旋转筒,旋转筒为内螺纹筒,旋转筒与导向管连接,旋转筒与导向管通过螺纹旋转连接,移动管的另一端设有侧板,侧板呈竖直布置,侧板的底端设有支撑板,支撑板呈水平布置,侧板的顶端设有夹紧板,夹紧板呈水平布置,夹紧板设有紧固销,支撑板上设有模具,夹紧板夹住模具,紧固销紧固住模具,导向管的端部设有固定板,固定板呈竖直布置,固定板的外侧设有夹板,夹板呈竖直布置,夹板与固定板通过连接板连接,固定板、连接板以及夹板布置呈“H”型形状,固定板、连接板以及夹板形成夹紧槽,夹紧槽布置在连接板的上侧与下侧,夹板设有第一锁销与第二锁销,第一锁销布置在靠近夹板的中间位置,第二锁销布置在夹板的下端,所以采用固定板、连接板以及夹板形成的夹紧槽可以使该夹紧机构固定在墙体水泥板上,通过第一锁销与第二锁销可以牢固地固定住该夹紧机构,模具通过支撑板、夹紧板以及紧固销可以牢固地固定在该夹紧机构上,旋转筒通过沿着导向管旋转可以控制移动管水平移动,方便使模具向前移动,送入注塑机上的动模座与定模座之间,方便了模具的夹紧与输送,安装模具更加方便。

如图1所示,一种模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构,包括导向管2,导向管2呈水平布置,导向管2套装有移动管1,移动管1套装在导向管2的外周面,导向管2为外螺纹管,移动管1的一端套装有旋转筒3,旋转筒3为内螺纹筒,旋转筒3与导向管2连接,旋转筒3与导向管2通过螺纹旋转连接,移动管1的另一端设有侧板5,侧板5呈竖直布置,侧板5的底端设有支撑板6,支撑板6呈水平布置,侧板5的顶端设有夹紧板7,夹紧板7呈水平布置,夹紧板7设有紧固销8,支撑板6上设有模具9,夹紧板7夹住模具9,紧固销8紧固住模具9,导向管2的端部设有固定板10,固定板10呈竖直布置,固定板10的外侧设有夹板12,夹板12呈竖直布置,夹板12与固定板10通过连接板11连接,固定板10、连接板11以及夹板12布置呈“H”型形状,固定板10、连接板11以及夹板12形成夹紧槽15,夹紧槽15布置在连接板11的上侧与下侧,夹板12设有第一锁销13与第二锁销14,第一锁销13布置在靠近夹板12的中间位置,第二锁销14布置在夹板12的下端;支撑板6比夹紧板7宽大,旋转筒3的外周面设有旋转槽4,旋转槽4为凹弧槽,旋转槽4的表面设有防滑颗粒层。
本实施例在使用时,采用固定板10、连接板11以及夹板12形成的夹紧槽15可以使该夹紧机构固定在墙体水泥板上,通过第一锁销13与第二锁销14可以牢固地固定住该夹紧机构,模具9通过支撑板6、夹紧板7以及紧固销8可以牢固地固定在该夹紧机构上,旋转筒3通过沿着导向管2旋转可以控制移动管1水平移动,方便使模具9向前移动,送入注塑机上的动模座与定模座之间,方便了模具的夹紧与输送,安装模具更加方便。
本实施例在使用时,支撑板6比夹紧板7宽大,支撑板6支撑模具9牢固,且夹紧板7可以扣住模具9。
本实施例在使用时,旋转筒3的外周面设有旋转槽4,旋转槽4为凹弧槽,旋转槽4的表面设有防滑颗粒层,更加方便使用者控制旋转筒3,且防打滑。

1.一种模具紧固用套筒旋转微调夹紧机构,包括导向管,导向管呈水平布置,其特征在于:所述导向管套装有移动管,所述移动管套装在导向管的外周面,所述导向管为外螺纹管,所述移动管的一端套装有旋转筒,所述旋转筒为内螺纹筒,所述旋转筒与导向管连接,所述旋转筒与导向管通过螺纹旋转连接,所述移动管的另一端设有侧板,所述侧板呈竖直布置,所述侧板的底端设有支撑板,所述支撑板呈水平布置,所述侧板的顶端设有夹紧板,所述夹紧板呈水平布置,所述夹紧板设有紧固销,所述导向管的端部设有固定板,所述固定板呈竖直布置,所述固定板的外侧设有夹板,所述夹板呈竖直布置,所述夹板与固定板通过连接板连接,所述固定板、连接板以及夹板形成夹紧槽,所述夹紧槽布置在连接板的上侧与下侧,所述夹板设有第一锁销与第二锁销,所述第一锁销布置在靠近夹板的中间位置,所述第二锁销布置在夹板的下端,所述旋转筒的外周面设有旋转槽,所述旋转槽的表面设有防滑颗粒层,所述固定板、连接板以及夹板布置呈“H”型形状。
