Claims (20)

  1. a) 경피적으로 전달되는 약제에 대해 거의 불투과성인 후면층(backing layer) ; b) 상기 후면층에 부착되어 있으며, 또한 에스트라디올 ; 경피 흡수가 가능하며 경피적으로 전달되는 투여량의 상기 약제를 제공하는 다른 에스트로겐성 스테로이드 ; 치료대상의 피부에 의해 흡수가능하며 경피 흡수된 후 에스트라디올 또는 상기의 다른 에스테로겐성스테로이드로 생전환 가능한 그의 에스테르 ; 및 그의 약제학적으로 유효한 혼합물중에서 선택된 일정 양의 약제가 미소분산되어 있는 중합성 매트릭스 디스트층 ; c) 경피 흡수를 위해 치료 대상에게 투여단위를 고정시키기 위한 접착 수단으로서, 임의로 내부에 유효량의 피부침투 증진제가 하나이상 분포되어 상기 약제에 대해 상당한 피부 흡수 증진을 제공하는 접착 수단을 포함하는, 경피성 약제-함유 중합체 매트릭스 투여단위.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 매트릭스 디스크층이 실리콘 중합체 또는 공중합체로 들어지는 경피성 약제 중합체 투여단위.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체 또는 공중합체가 메틸 실리콘 중합체 또는 공중합체인 경피성 약제 중합체 투여단위.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 매트릭스 디스크층이 하기 일반식의 교차-결합된 폴리실옥산 중합체인 경피성 약제 중합체 매트릭스 투여단위.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소원자 1 내지 7개의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 비닐, 페닐 또는 이의 혼합물이며 ; n은 약 100 내지 5,000이다.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 약 10 내지 약 200 마이크론의 횡단면적을 갖는 미소분산된 구획으로 구성되는 경피성 약제 중합체 매트릭스 투여단위.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타; 에스트라디올-17-알파 ; 이들의 경피 흡수 가능하고 생전환 가능한 모노-또는 디-에스테르 ; 또는 약제학적으로 유효한 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 경피 투여단위.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타 ; 에스트라디올-17-알파 ; 이들의 경피 흡수 가능하고 생전환 가능한 모노-또는 디-에스테르 ; 또는 약제학적으로 유효한 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 경피 투여단위.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타 ; 에스트라디올-17-알파 ; 이들의 경피 흡수 가능하고 생전환 가능한 모노-또는 디-에스테르 ; 또는 약제학적으로 유효한 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 경피 투여단위.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-알파 ; 에스트라디올-17-베타 ; 이들의 경피 흡수 가능하고 생전환 가능한 모노-또는 디-에스테르; 또는 약제학적으로 유효한 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 경피 투여단위.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 약 10 내지 약 200 마이크론의 횡단면적을 갖는 미소분산된 약제 구획을 갖는 경피 투여단위.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 분산제가 미소분산된 약제 구획 중에 존재하는 경피 투여단위.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타인 경피 투여단위.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타 및 하나 이상의 상기 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르의 혼합물인 경피 투여단위.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르 둘 이상의 혼합물인 경피 투여단위.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르 둘 이상의 혼합물이거나, 또는 에스트라디올-17- 베타 및 하나 이상의 상기 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르의 혼합물이고, 각 혼합물의 상기 에스테르 하나 이상의 에스트라디올 발레레이트인 경피 투여단위.
  16. 제6항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-알파인 경피 투여단위.
  17. a) 경피적으로 전달되는 약제에 대해 거의 불투과성인 후면층 ; b) 상기 후면층에 부착되어 있으며, 또한 에스트라디올-17-베타 ; 경피 흡수가 가능하며 경피적으로 전달되는 투여량의 상기 약제를 제공하는 다른 에스트로겐성 스테로이드; 치료 대상의 피부에 의해 흡수가능하며 경피 흡수된 후 에스트라디올 또는 상기의 다른 에스트로겐성 스테로이드로 생전환 가능한 그의 에스테르 ; 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 일정 양의 약제가 미소분산되어 있으며, 이때 사익 미소분산된 약제는 또한 약제학적으로 유효한 양의 프로게스틴을 함유하는 중합성 매트릭스 디스크층 ; c) 경피 흡수를 위해 치료 대상에게 투여단위를 고정시키기 위한 접촉 수단으로서, 임의로 내부에 유효량의 피부침투 증진제가 하나 이상 분포되어 상기 약제에 대해 상당한 피부 흡수 증진을 제공하는 접착 수단을 포함하는, 경피성 에스트로겐 약제-함유 중합체 매트릭스 투여단위.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타; 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르 ; 또는 이의 에스테르 둘이상의 혼합물이거나 에스트라디올-17-베타 및 하나 이상의 이의 에스테르 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 경피성 에스트로겐 약제-함유 중합체 매트릭스 투여단위.
  19. 치료를 필요로 하는 대상의 피부에 제1항에 기술된 바와 같은 투여단위를 투여하는 에스트라디올-17-베타 대체 치료방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 약제가 에스트라디올-17-베타 ; 에스트라디올-17-베타의 에스테르 ; 또는 이의 에스테르 둘이상의 혼합물이거나 에스트라디올-17-베타 및 하나 이상의 이의 에스테르 혼합물인 방법.
