제1도는 본 발명의 도장 방법을 실시하는 예를 설명하는 투시도.

Claims (16)

  1. 도막중의 수지성분 100중량부에 대하여 카아본블랙 1∼20중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밑바탕과의 접착력이 180°박리강도로 20∼1000g/nich인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수지성분이 아크릴로니트릴 25∼40중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트 65∼40중량부 및 (메타)아크릴산 0.5∼10중량부를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수지성분이 염화비닐수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염화비닐수지 100중량부에 대하여 가소제 25∼150중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 가소제가 프탈산 알킬에스테르, 직쇄 2염기산 알킬에스테르 또는 인산에스테르인 것을 특징으로하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 카아본블랙이 퍼니스블랙, 램프블랙, 써멀블랙, 아세틸렌블랙 또는 독일 퍼니스블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  8. 2층의 수지도막으로 구성되는 스트립퍼블도막에 있어서, 피도장물에 접촉하는 하층의 도막이, 도막중에카아본블랙을 1∼20중량부(수지성분에 대해)함유하고, 점착력을 갖는 것이며, 표면측의 상층도막이 도막중에 카아본블랙을 1∼20중량부(수지 성분에 대해)함유하고, 유연성을 가지며, 표면 택(tack)이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 하층도막이 수지성분이 아크릴, 비닐아세테이트 또는 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트이고, 밑바탕에 대한 접착력이 180°박리강도로 20∼1000g/inch인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상층도막의 수지성분이 아크릴로니트릴 25∼40, 중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트 65∼40중량부 및 (메타)아크릴산 0.5∼10중량부를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 하층 또는 상층도막이 수지성분 100 중량부에 대해서 평균입자직경 0.1∼10μ의 무기충전제를 5∼50중량부 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 하층도막이 수지성분 100중량부에 대하여 알루미늄분말 1∼40중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립퍼블도막.
  13. 도막중에 카아본블랙을 1∼20중량%(수지성분에 대해)함유하는 스트립퍼블페이트를 피도장물에 도포한후, 스트립퍼블페인트를 건조하고, 형성도막을 YAG레이저광선으로 전달하고, 레이저 절단한 불필요한 부분의 도막을 박리한후, 박리부분에 최종도장을 실시하고, 이런후 마스킹도막이 남아있는 부분을 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계선의 완성이 미려한 도장방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, YAG레이저에 Q스위치 발진장치를 설치하고, 펄스반복주파수 500HZ∼10KHZ에서 Q스위치를 작동시켜, 피도장물표면에 손상을 입히치않고, 단지 표면의 스트립퍼블도막만을 깨긋하게 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계선의 완성이 미려한 도장방법.
  15. 피도장물에 접촉하는 층으로서 도막중에 카아본블랙을 1∼20중량%(수지성분에 대해)함유하는 점착력을 가진 도료를 도포하여 하층도막을 형성하고, 다음에는 표면층의 층으로서 도막중에 카아본블랙을 1∼20중량%(수지성분에 대해)함유하고, 유연성을 가지며, 하층도막에 대해서 도막형성 특성을 가지는 상층도막을 형성하고 2층구조로된 스트립퍼블도막을 형성하고, YAG레저광선을 사용하여 표면층의 도막만을 절단하고, 레이저로 절단한 표면층의 불필요한 부분을 밑부붙의 점착층과 함께 박리한후, 박리부분에 최종 도장을 실시하고, 스트립퍼블도막의 남은 부분을 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계선의 완성이 미려한 신규한 도장방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, YAG레이저에 Q스위치발진장치를 설치하고, 펄스반복주파수 500HZ∼30KHZ에서 Q스위치를 작동시켜 피도장물표면에 손상을 입히지 않고 단지 표면의 스트립퍼블도막만을 깨끗하게 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계선의 완성이 미려한 도장방법.
