Description
Claims (20)
- 미세 분할 염화비닐 폴리머, 충전제, 1차 가소제 및 폴리아미노아미드-폴리이미다졸린 점착성 증진제로 되고, 플라스티솔을 상기 1차 가소제, 점착성 증진제 및 점착성 증진제를 가소제/증진제 상 중에 효과적으로 용해시키는 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매 유효량으로 되는 가소제/증진제상(여기서,가소제/증진제 상은 플라스티솔 조성물의 나머지 성분을 첨가하기 전 미리 형성시킴)으로 되는 산촉매 상도로 도포시켜 개선시킨 플라스티솔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 약 10-70중량부인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 가소제가 염화비닐 폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여 약 20-200중량부인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점착성 증진제가 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 약 1-10중량부인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 모노이소프로필 비페닐, 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르, 디이소프로필 비페닐, 페닐크실레일 에탄, 부틸화 비페닐 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것은 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 염화비닐 폴리머가 함유된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 틱소트로피제 약 1-5중량부가 추가로 함유된 조성물.
- (a)1차 가소제, 폴리아미노아미드-폴리이미다졸린 점착성 중진제 및 점착성 증진제를 가소제/증진제 상 중에 효과적으로 용해시키는 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매 유효량으로 되는 가소제/증진제 상을 형성시키고, (b)가소제/증진제 상을 미세 분할 염화비닐 폴리머 및 충전제와 함께 혼합시키는 것으로 되는 플라스티솔 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 약 10-70중량부인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 1차 가소제가 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 약 20-200중량부인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 점착성 증진제가 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 약 1-10중량부인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 모노이소프로필 비페닐, 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르, 디이소프로필 비페닐, 페닐크실레일 에탄, 부틸화 비페닐 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 염화비닐 폴리머가 함유된 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 틱소트로피제 약 1-5중량부가 추가로 함유된 조성물.
- (a)제1항의 플라스티솔 조성물을 금속에 도포시키고, (b)산 촉매 상도를 상기 플라스티솔 조성물 위에 도포시키고, (c)피복된 금속기재를 가열하여 상기 플라스티솔 조성물 및 상도를 경화시키는 것으로 되는 금속 기재의 피복 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 금속 기재 상의 플라스티솔 조성물을 그 위에 상도를 도포시키기 전 가열하여 경화시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 모노이소프로필 비페닐, 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르, 디이소프로필 비페닐, 페닐크실레일 에탄, 부틸화 비페닐 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 2차 가소제 비이온성 용매가 모노이소프로필 비페닐, 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르, 디이소프로필 비페닐, 페닐크실레일 에탄, 부틸화 비페닐 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 2차 가소제가 약 10-70중량부, 1차 가소제가 약 20-200중량부이고 증진제가 약 1-10 중량부인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 염화비닐 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 2차 가소제가 약 10-70중량부, 1차 가소제가 약 20-200중량부이고 증진제가 약 1-10 중량부인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
