Claims (5)

  1. 직렬 입력 레지스터와 직렬 출력 레지스터와 상기 레지스터 사이에 위치된 병렬부를 가지며, 병렬부에 저장된 비트의 각 라인에 대해서 직렬 입력 레지스터는 하나의 서브라인의 비트가 병렬부에 있는 또다른 서브라인의 비트 사이에 저장되는 형태로 서브라인의 비트와 연속적인 배수인 n로 채워가는 직렬-병렬-직렬 형태의 메모리를 구비하는 전하 결합 소자에 있어서, 직렬 입력 레지스터에는 부가적인 메모리를 구비하는 입력단이 구비되며 여기서 직렬 입력 레지스터내에 기록될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 결합 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 메모리는 N비트 시프트 레지스터로 구성이 되며, 이들 중에서 입력은 스위칭 소자가 접속되고 출력은 직렬 입력 래지스터의 입력에 접속되며, 그 결과 제공된 정보는 직접 또는 시프트 레지스터를 통해 직렬 입력 래지스터에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 결합 소자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 시프트 레지스터는 디지탈 시프트 레지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 결합소자.
  4. 선행하는 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소자는 예를 들어 텔레비젼과 같은 표시장치에 의해 영상정보를 기억하기 위한 것으로서 병렬부에서 라인등 비트의 수는 기껏해야 표시장치의 단일 라인의 픽셀의 수에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 결합 소자.
  5. 상기 서브라인은 다시 직렬 출력 레지스터에 전달되고 그 다음 판독이 도는 제2항 내지 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출력은 제2부가 시프트 메모리에 접속이 되고 스위칭 수단이 제공되어 있으며, 이에 의해 연속적인 서브라인 상이의 지연시간의 차가 최소한 부분적으로 보상될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 결합소자.
