Claims (7)
- 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척을 위해 초기에 Na2SO4수용액에서 산세척한 다음, 선택적으로 전류의 흐름없이 산, 바람직하게는 혼합상에서 산세척하는 방법으로서, CrO4 2-가 없는 산세척 용액이 얻어지도록 하는 용액의 pH값과 레독스 포텐셜에 따라 조정된 양의 산과 환원제를 Na2SO4수용액에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용액의 pH값이 H2SO4의 첨가로서 3미만으로 조종됨을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, pH값이 1.5-2.5으로 조종됨을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 칼로멜 전극에 대해 측정된 용액의 레독스 포텐셜이 산과 환원제의 첨가에 의해 50-100mV감소함을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 환원제로서 NxHySzOv(x=0-2, y=0-2, z=1-6, v=2-6)군에서 선정된 물질이 이용되며, 반응에서 Na2SO4가 함께 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Na2SO4농도가 100-250g/l로 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 농도가 170-200g/l로 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 스텐레스강의 전해 산세척 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
