Claims (11)

  1. 산소-함유 가스 및 탄화수소-함유 연료를 2개의 산소 통로 또는 채널 및 2개의 연료 통로 또는 채널의 동심형 배치를 포함하는 멀티-오리피스 버어너를 통해 가스화지대에 공급하고, 합성가스를 함유하는 가스상 흐름을 적절한 조건하에서 자열적으로 생성하는 단계등을 특징으로 하는 것으로, 5-45m/초의 비교적 낮은 속력으로 동심형 배치의 중심 채널을 통해 산소-함유 가스를 공급하고 ; 50-150m/초의 비교적 높은 속력으로 중심채널을 에워싼 제1동심형 채널을 통해 탄화수소-함유 연료를 공급하고 ; 5-45m/초의 비교적 낮은 속력으로 제 1 채널을 에워싼 제 2 동심형 채널을 통해 산소-함유 가스를 공급하고 ; 5-45m/초의 비교적 낮은 속력으로 제 2 채널을 에워싼 제 3 동심형 채널을 통해 탄화수소-함유 연료 및/또는 조절제를 공급하는 단계들이 포함되어 있는, 탄화수소-함유 연료를 부분 산화시키기 위한 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 속력이 가스화지대로의 상기한 각각의 동심형 채널의 출구에서 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄화수소-함유 연료가 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 가스가 천연가스 또는 정유가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 가스가 메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-함유 가스 및/또는 연료가 조절제와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 조절제가 증기 또는 이산화탄소인 덧을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 방법이 0.1-12MPa의 압력에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-함유 가스의 30-45 질량%가 상기한 중심 채널을 통해 공급되는 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료의 10-20%질량%가 상기한 제 3 동심형 채널을 통해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 얻은 합성 가스.
