PROCESO PARA PREPARAR UN GAS DE GRAN POTENCIA CALORIFICA.CONSISTE EN: A) INTRODUCIR LA MEZCLA DE PRODUCTO DE GAS (CH4, CO, H2) DENTRO DE UNA ZONA DE REACCION DE DESVIACION DEL GAS DE AGUA; B) CONTACTAR DICHA MEZCLA DE PRODUCTO DE GAS, CON UNA PRIMERA CANTIDAD CONTROLADA DE VAPOR PARA PRODUCIR HIDROGENO ADICIONAL; C) RETIRAR LA MEZCLA DE GAS QUE CONTIENE HIDROGENO ADICIONAL DE LA ZONA DE REACCION DE DESVIACION DEL GAS DE AGUA E INTRODUCIRLA EN UNA ZONA DE SEPARACION DEL GAS; D) SEPARAR LA MEZCLA DE GAS EN LA ZONA DE SEPARACION DEL GAS EN (1) DOS PARTES, UNA CON CH4 Y LA OTRA CON H2, CO Y CH4 PARA RECICLARLO AL PROCESO; E) USAR UNA SEGUNDA CANTIDAD CONTROLADA DE VAPOR JUNTO CON LA PARTE (2) DEL PASO D), COMO GAS DE PIROLISIS QUE CONTIENE HIDROGENO, PARA TRATAR AL MATERIAL CARBONOSO DEFICIENTE CON HIDROGENO ADICIONAL; Y F) CONTROLAR LOS PASOS B), D) Y E), PARA OBTENER, BAJO CONDICIONES DE ESTADO ESTACIONARIO, UNA COMPOSICION DEL GAS DE PIROLISIS EN LA QUE ELHIDROGENO ES EL CONSTITUYENTE PRINCIPAL Y EL RESTO ES UNA PEQUEÑA MEZCLA DE CH4, CO Y VAPOR.
