Claims (10)
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 버너의 제2환형배출로, 제1 환형배출로 및 중앙배출로를 통해 각기 저속 탄화 수소연료, 고속산화제류 및 저속산화제류를 반응대역내 도입시켜 탄화수소연료가 산화제와 반응되게 하는 것으로 구성된 액체상태 또는 슬러리상태의 탄화수소연료를 산소 또는 산소함유 기체로 구성된 산화제를 사용하여 부분연소함으로써 합성가스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 연료류를 반응대역내 도입시키기에 앞서 분쇄작용을 가진 매체와 혼합해주는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소연료류를 약 5-15m/초의 속도로 반응대역내 도입시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에서 고속산화제와 저속산화제의 질량흐름비가 약30:70인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 고속산화제류가 버너로 부터 약 50-90m/초의 속도로 유출되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에서 저속산화제류가 버너로 부터 약 10-30m/초의 속도로 유출되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에서 저속의 감속 기체류가 산화제와 연료류의 둘레에 형성된 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 감속기체가중기, 이산화탄소, 질소 냉각 반응기기체 또는 그 혼합물로 형성되어 있는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 감속기체류가 버너(들)로 부너 나올때 약 10-40m/초의 속도를 갖는 방법.
- 첨부도면들을 특별참조로 하여 설명한 바와 같이 액체상태 또는 슬러리상태의 탄화수소연료를 부분연소하여 합성가스를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
