Claims (3)
- 반응기의 상향끝 속으로 초소한 70부피%의 산소를 함유한 화학량론적인 과잉량의 산화제 가스와 탄화수소 연료를 도입하여 연료를 연소시켜 연소가시의 난류 혼합물을 생성시키고, 연소가스의 난류혼합물을 속으로 보통 액체 카본블랙 생성 공급물을 주입하여 카본블랙 에어로졸을 생성시키며, 열분해 반응을 급냉시킴과 아울러 반응기의 하향끝에서 에어로졸을 배출시켜 카본블랙을 여과해서 회수하고, 정상 상태가 될때까지 위에서 정의된 방법으로 카본블랙에 계속애서 생산하며, 정상상태를 되도록 할때 사용한 탄화수소 연료대신에 응축성가스가 거의 없는 반응기의 여과된 가스상태 유출물의 일부를 반응기로 순환시킬 때 초기에 도입되었던 탄화수소 연료의 연소시에 발생된 것과 거의 같은 연소온도를 나타내게끔 하는 속도로유출물을 도입하는 한편 초기에 사용했던 것과 동일한 화학량론적인 과잉량의 산화제 가스를 도입하므로서 액체탄화수소 공급물을 열분해할 때 생긴 연소성 가스로 연료로서 분행반응에 순환 사용하는 가열로공정에 의해 상향끝과 하향끝이 있는 카본블랙 제조용으로 반응기를 설계하고 조작하는 방법.
