제 1 도는 용광로법(furnace method) 카본 블랙제조로의 종단면 모식도이다 제 2 도는, 제 1도의 A-A' 단면 모식도이다. 제 3 도는, 본 발명에 사용된 알카리 버너의 한 예를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 연료와 산소 함유 가스를 고온 연소 가스 발생 버너로 연소하여 얻은 고온 연소 가스에 의해 가열된 고온대에 원료 탄화 수소를 도입하여 이것을 제조로 내에서 열분해하는 방식의 카본 블랙 제조 방법에 있어서, 알카리 금속 화합물 및/또는 알카리 토류 금속 화합물을, (A) 알카리 버너를 통해서 도입하며, 상기 알카리 버너는 상기 고온 연소가스 발생 버너와는 별도로 장착되고, 연료 및 산소 함유 가스의 혼합물을 연소시키고, 알카리 금속 화글물 및/또는 알카리 토류 금속 화합물을 이온화 하기 위해 특별히 장착된 버너이며 또는, (B) 알카리 금속 화합물 및/또는 알카리 토류 금속 화합물을 이온화하기 위하여 특별히 장착된 이온화로 내에서 이온화한 후, 제조로 안으로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카리 버너의 분사위치가 원료 탄화 수소의 분사 위치와 같거나 또는 상류측에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 이온화된 알카리 금속 화합물 및/또는 알카리 토류 금속 화합물의 분사 위치가 원료 탄화수소의 분사 위치와 같거나 또는 상류측에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙의 제조방법.
