Claims (11)

1∼5탄소원자를 함유하는 포화 지방족 탄화수소 5∼70부피%, 이산화탄소 3∼50부피% 및 전술한 지방속 탄화수소 및 이산화탄소를 총량 20∼80부피%로 함유하며, 또한 프로필렌 1몰당 0.5∼8몰의 증기를 함유하는 원료 기체를 제1단계 반응에 공급하며, 제1단계에서는 프로필렌을 산화하여 주로 아크롤레인을 제조하고 제2단계에서는 아크롤레인을 산화하여 주로 아크릴산을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 분자산소를 사용한 프로필렌의 2단계 촉매적 증기상 산화에 의한 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응에 공급된 전술한 기체중의 프로필렌 농도가 5∼20부피 %이고, 분자산의 농도는 프로필렌 1몰당 1.4∼4.0몰임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응에서 프로필렌의 전환율이 적어도 70%임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 전술한 분자산소는 순도가 적어도 90% 부피%인 분자산소-함유 기체로서 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 전술한 포화 지방족 탄화수소는 메탄, 에탄 및 프로판으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종임을 특징하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 반응에 의해 산출된 혼합반응 기체로부터 아크릴산을 분리하여 수득된 배출 기체가 제1단계 반응을 원료 가스로 재생됨을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제6항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응에 공급되는 증기는 제2단계 반응에 의해 산출되는 혼합반응 가스에서 아크릴산을 분리하여 수득된 배출 가스에 함유된 증기임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌에 대한 산소의 몰비가 1.4∼4.0임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제8항에 있어서, 증기의 양이 프로필렌의 1몰당 0,6∼5몰임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제8항에 있어서, 제1단계의 반응 온도가 250∼450℃이고 제2단계 반응 온도가 180℃350℃임을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 제1단게에서 반응은 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철을 함유하는 산화물 촉매의 존재하에 수행되고, 제2단계에서 반응은 몰리브덴 및 바나듐을 함유하는 산화물 촉매의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.
