제1도, 3도 및 4도는 본 발명의 각각의 실시예에 따른 조립체의 도식적 정면도, 상기 각각의 조립체는 서로 접합될 세라믹체와 상기 세라믹체 사이에 부가의 공간을 두고서 샌드위치된 모금속을 포함함, 제1A도와 제1B도는 명료한 도시를 위해 부분절개된, 제1도의 조립체의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 조립체의 정단면도, 상기 조립체는 접합될 세라믹체와 모금속체를 포함하고 그리고 내화용기에 담기 보유베드에 묻혀있음, 제2A도는 명료한 도시를 위해 부분절개된, 제2도의 조립체의 세라믹체의 확대 사시도.

Claims (16)

  1. 실질상 상합하는 표면들을 따라 세라믹체들을 서로 접합시키는 세라믹체 접합방법에 있어서, (a) 제1세라믹체와 제2세라믹체를 상기 제1세라믹체의 표면이 상기 제2세라믹체의 표면과 그들 사이에 접합구역을 한정하도록 서로에 대해 이웃하게 위치시키는 단계, (b) 모금속체가 상기 접합구역을 향하도록 방향설정시켜 줌으로써 단계(c)에서 상기 모금속으로부터 얻어지는 산화반응생성물이 상기 접합구역내에 형성되도록 해주는 단계, (c) 용융 모금속체를 제공해주기 위해 상기 세라믹체와 모금속체의 조립체를 증기상산화제하에서 상기 모금속의 용융점이상이나 상기 산화반응생성물의 용융점 이하의 온도범위로 가열해주는 단계, (d) 상기 온도범위내에서, (i) 상기 산화반응생성물을 형성하도록 상기 증기상 산화제와 상기 용융 모금속을 반응시키고, (ii) 상기 산화반응생성물의 적어도 일부는 상기 용융 모금속과 상기 산화제사이에서 접촉상태로 유지시켜, 상기 용융 모금속체로 부터 상기 산환반응생성물을 통해 상기 접합구역속으로 점차로 끌어들이고, (iii) 상기와 같은 반으을 상기 접합구역과 상기 산화반응생성물을 연결시키고 그에 의해 상기 표면들을 서로 접합시키기에 충분한 시간동안 계속시키는 단계, 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체는 세라믹옥사이드, 보라이드, 카아바이드 및 나이트라이드로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하고, 상기 증기상산화제는 산소-함유 개스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체는 알루미나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 증기상산화제는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모금속체를 상기 접합구역의 외주에 위치시킴에 의해 상기 모금속체를 방위설정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면들이 서로에 대해 적은 각으로 경사지도록 상기 세라믹체를 위치시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모금속체를 상기 접합구역내에 위치시킴에 의해 상기 모금속체를 방위설정시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 모금속체는 상기 제1세라믹체와 제2세라믹체의 표면들 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모금속과 접합상태로 촉진제재료를 사용함으로써 상기 산환반응생성물을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄 모금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉진제재료는 마그네슘, 아연, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 붕소, 나트륨, 리듐, 칼슘, 인, 이트륨 및 회토류금속들 중 하나 이상의 원료로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 세라믹체의 하나 또는 둘 모두는 세라믹메트릭스에 파묻히는 세라믹충전재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  13. 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오도구역은 약 800℃ 내지 약 1450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄, 티타늄, 주석, 지르코늄, 하프늄 및 실리콘으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화반응생성물은 옥사이드, 나이트라이드 또는 카아바이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화반응생성물은 알루미늄옥사이드, 알루미늄나이트라이드, 주석옥사이드, 실리콘카아바이드, 타타늄나이트라이드, 지르코늄나이트라이드 또는 하프늄나이트라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체 접합방법.
