Claims (14)
- 하기 (a), (b)와 (c)방법에 의해, 서로 조화되는 표면에 따라 세라믹체를 결합시키는 방법; a) 용융 모(母)금속과 증기상 산화제의 산화반응에 의해 형성되고 용융금속이 그 산화반응 생성물의 표면으로 이동되며, 그 표멸상에서 산화되면서 성장된 세라믹 생성물을 포함하며, 상기 세라믹체는 다결정성 산화반응 생성물과 상호연결된 잔류금속을 함유하는 일차 세라믹체를 제공한다, (b) 일차 및 이차체의 표면상이 서로 접하여 결합되도록 일차 세라믹체와 이차 세라믹체를 인접하여 조립시킨다, (c) 잔류금속의 용융점 이상의 온도에서 증기상 산화제의 존재하에 조립된 세라믹체를 가열하여 그 잔류금속을 산화반응 생성물이 단계(a)에서와 같이 계속 성장되는 결합표면을 향하여 이동하여 상기 체들 사이에 결합이 이루어지도록 한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모금속이 알루미늄 모금속이며 그 산화제가 공기이며, 산화반응 생성물이 알루미나이며, 잔류금속은 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일차 세라믹체가 상기 산화반응 생성물로 충진제를 침투시킴으로써 형성된 혼성체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도팬트가 상기 모금속과 함께 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 및 이차 세라믹체는 친밀한 접촉으로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 및 이차 세라믹체는 작은 각도를 이루면서 이들의 결합표면에 서로서로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이차 세라믹체 표면에 결합되는 베리어 장치만 제외하고는 이차 세라믹체의 모든 노출표면에 베리어 장치가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 베리어는 칼슘 설페이트, 칼슘 실리케이트, 포트랜드 시멘트, 트리칼슘 포스페이트 및 이들 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모금속체는 세라믹 일차체외 유리표면에 근접하여 위치하며, 베리어 장치를 모금속 몸체와 세라믹의 일차체의 남아 있는 노출표면 일부 또는 전체에 적용됨으로서 가열단계시에 모금속체는 용융되며 용융된 금속은 결합표면을 향하여 세라믹의 일차체 내로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이차 세라믹체는 상기 일차 세라믹체와 실질적으로 동일한 근성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
