제1도는 회전식분무기, 또는 기타의 정전기 분무장치에 물-에나멜류 도장재료의 공급을 정확하게 계량시키기 위한 시스템을 나타내는 도면. 제2도는 제1도에 상응하는 것으로서 약간 변경된 시스템을 나타내는 도면. 제3도는 제2도에 따른 시스템을 위한 저장탱크로서 역할을 하는 계량용 실린더의 바람직한 실시예를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (21)

  1. 지면으로부터 절연된 저장탱크가 먼저 도장재료로 충전되고, 다음 도장재료가 저장탱크로부터 접속라인을 통해 고전압전위 분무장치로 공급되는 것으로서, 상기 탱크는 전도성 도장재료를 통해 상기 분무장치에 전지적으로 접속됨과 아울러 도장공정후 접속라인을 텅비움으로써 상기 분무장치로부터 전기적으로 절연 되어지는, 전도성 도장재료로서 가공물을 다량도장하는 방법에 있어서, 도장재료 하부 또는 지면전위차에 있는 저장시스템으로부터 분무장치에 이어져 있는 접속라인이 텅비워져 있는 공급라인을 통해 저장탱크로 공급시키고, 도장재료를 담고 있는 저장탱크를 공급라인에 텅비움에 의해 저장시스템으로부터 전기적으로 절연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저장탱크를, 단일 가공물 또는 미리 정해진 소수의 가공물을 도장시키기에 충분한 정확하게 계량된 량의 도장재료로서 되게끔한 도장방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급라인이 텅비워지고 또한 도장재료가 분무장치에 보내어진 다음, 저장탱크를 완전히 텅비워지게한 도장방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평행하게 접속된 2저장탱크를 제공해서 교대로 충전 및 텅비워지게끔한 도장방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 색조변경의 결과로서, 일방의 저장탱크를 1색조의 도장재료로 충전되게 하고 타방의 저장탱크를 다른 색조의 도장재료로 충전되게끔한 도장방법.
  6. 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 텅비워진다음, 접속라인, 저장탱크 및/또는 공급라인을 도장재료를 위한 용제로 각기 세척되게끔한 도장방법.
  7. 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 텅비워진다음, 접속라인, 저장탱크 및/또는 분무장치에 이어져 있는 접속라인을 통풍건조되게끔한 도장방법.
  8. 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도장재료가 안에 도입되기 전에, 저장탱크의 용적을 도장하는데 필요한 량의 도장재료로 조정되게끔한 도장방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 세척중, 저장탱크의 용적을 감소되게끔한 도장방법.
  10. 색조조절밸브를 포함하는 색조변환기(FW)를 구성한 것으로서, 상기 색조변환기가 공급라인(LVA,LVB)에 선행하는 영구접지된 공급시스템중에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 수행을 위한 도장장치.
  11. 미리정해진 량의 도장재료로서 저장탱크(V)를 충전시키기 위해, 계량장치(DP0)공급라인(LVA,LVB)에 선행함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 수행을 위한 도장장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 부가의 계량장치(DP4)가 분무장치(Z)에 선행하여 있는 도장장치.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 계량장치(DP0,DP4)가 자신으로부터 전기적으로 절연된 구동모우터(M)를 포함하는 도장장치.
  14. 제10항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 저장탱크(V)가 공급라인(LVA,LVB) 각각이 이어져 있는 곳에 제공되고, 분배기밸브(VV)가 2공급라인(LVA,LVB)과 접지된 공급시스템(색조변환기(FW))간에 접속되어 있는 도장장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 변환밸브(UV)가 2저장탱크(V)와 분무장치(Z)사이에 접속되어 있는 도장장치.
  16. 제10항에 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세척밸브장치(SP1,SP2)가 저장탱크(V)의 입구측 및/또는 출구측에 위치되어 있는 도장장치.
  17. 제10항에 내지 16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 및 접속라인(LVA,LVB ; LZA,LZB)이 적어도 그 일부가 절연용이 합성재료로 만들어진 호스로 이루어지는 도장장치.
  18. 저장시스템과 분무장치사이에 접속된 것으로서, 계량할 수 있는 량의 도장재료를 수용을 위한 하나이상의 저장탱크를 포함하는 도장장치에 있어서, 저장탱크가 대체할 수 있는 피스톤(2)을 포함하는 계량실린더(DZ)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 제8항 또는 9항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 도장장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 페인트 및 용제용의 도관(5,6,7)이 피스톤(2)의 1단부면에 위치한 대체가능한 피스톤로드(3)를 통해 이어지고 또한 계량실린더(DZ)로부터 상기 피스톤을 통해 그의 타단부면상의 적어도 하나의 출구(8)로 돌기하는 도장장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 도관(5,6,7)과 소통되고 또한 피스톤(2)의 측연부 부근에 배치된 1이상의 배출노즐(8)이 계량실린더(DZ)의 내벽으로 향해져 있는 도장장치.
  21. 제18항 내지 20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펄스제어형 스테핑 모우터가 피스톤(2)을 이동시키기 위해 제공되어 있는 도장장치.
