Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para el recubrimiento electro-estático en serie, de piezas de trabajo, con material recubridor electricamente conductivo, en el cual primeramente se llena un recipiente de existencias, con el material recubridor, aislado contra tierra, a continuación se alimenta el material recubridor, desde el recipiente de existencias, a traves de una línea de conexión, a un dispositivo rociador presente en potencial de alta tensión, por lo cual se une electricamente el recipiente por el material recubridor conductivo, presente en la línea de unión, al dispositivo rociador y se aisla electricamente el recipiente, una vez efectuada la operación recubridora, mediante el vaciado de la línea de unión, desde el dispositivo rociador, caracterizado porque el material recubridor es conducido de un sistema de existencias, que está en potencial bajo o potencial de tierra, a traves de una línea abastecedora, hacia el recipiente para existencias en tanto que queda vacía la línea de unión, que conduce al dispositivo rociador y porque el recipiente para existencias, que contiene el material recubridor, se aisla electricamente mediante el vaciado de la línea abastecedora del sistema de existencias.
