Claims (4)
- 광빔의 광측에 대하여 수직인 면에서 이동할 수 있는 가동판과, 광검지기를 고정시키고, 광축방향으로 굴곡할 수 있고, 상기 가동판에 고정된 기판과, 기판을 굴곡시키는 조정나사를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검지 조정기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정나사에 세목나사를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검지기 조정기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 광측반향으로 굴곡이 주로 오목부에서 이루어지도록 기판에 오목부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검지기 조정기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동판을 판후부와 판박부로 이루어지고, 기판을 굴곡시켰을 때, 소성변형하지않는 높이관계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검지기 조정기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
