Claims (2)

  1. 장치에 고정되는 지지대와, 중간대와, 반도체 레이저를 유지하는 레이저 홀더와, 상기 지지대와 중간대, 또는 중간대와 레이저 홀더사이에 개재하는 위치 조절기구와, 상기 중간대와 레이저 홀더, 또는 지지대와 중간대 사이에 개재하는 각도조절기구를 구비하고, 상기 위치조절기구는 접속 2부재의 상대적인 상하좌우 위치를 조절가능케 하여 양자를 접속하는 위치조절용 판 스프링과 그 조절나사를 가지며, 상기 각도 조절기구는 반도체 레이저의 광축방향을 조절가능케 하여 접속 2부재를 접속하는 각도조절용 판 스프링과 그 조절나사를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체레이저의 부착조절기구.
