제 1 도는 본 발명의 일 실시예의 비임 벤더의 구성도, 제 2 도는 벤더 밀러의 경사각 변화의 상세도.
Claims (2)
- 레이저 비임의 방향을 바꾸는 레이저 가공용 비임 벤더에 있어서, 레이저 비임이 통과하는 도광로 부재를 가지며, 그 도광로 부재에 고정되며, 벤더 밀러의 방향을 조정하는 미조정 기구를 갖는 밀러 홀더로써, 내부에 밀러 유지 부재를 가지며, 그 밀러 유지 부재는 내륜에 결합되며, 그 내륜의 외면은 구면(救面)이며, 직접 혹은 보올을 개재시켜, 외륜과 결합하고, 외륜의 내면은 구면이며, 내륜은 외륜에 대해서 내륜의 중심축상의 점을 중심으로 구면적(球面的)으로 회전 가능토록 하고, 그 점을 벤더 밀러의 반사 표면의 중심과 일치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공용 비임 벤더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 내륜, 전기한 보올 및 전기한 외륜을 자동 조심 베어링으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공용 비임 벤더.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
