Claims (6)

  1. 2-메톡시니코틴산을 염소화 반응이 실질적으로 종료될 때까지 약 10°내지 최대로 약 30°C의 온도에서, 균일한 수용성 용매계 중에서 알칼리금속 차아염소산염으로 염소화 시키는 것으로 되는 2-메톡시니코틴산 분자의 5번 위치의 연소화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화제로 사용되는 알칼리금속 차아염소산염이 차아염소산염나트륨인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질인 2-메톡시니코틴산 대 차아염소산나트륨의 몰 비가 약 1.0:1.0 내지 약 1.0:6.0인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 몰 비가 약 1.0:1.2 내지 약 1.0:2.0인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 실온에서 적어도 약 16시간 동안 행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 5-클로로-2-메톡시니코틴산을 반응 혼합물에서 회수하는 방법.
