Claims (14)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 벤조일 아세틱 에스테르 유도체.
    일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서, R은 메틸, 에틸, 또는 이소프로필기를 표시하며, X는 플루오로 또는 클로로기를 표시한다.
  2. 일반식(Ⅸ)로 표시되는 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산을 할로겐화하여 생성된 중간체에 알킬말로네이트를 금속알콕사이드 존재하에 환류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤조일 아세틱 에스테르 유도체의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서, R은 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필기를 표시하며, X는 플루오로 또는 클로로기를 표시하고, 일반식(Ⅸ)에 있어서, X는 플루오로 또는 클로로기를 표시한다.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 할로겐화제로 티오닐클로라이드, 3염화인 또는 5염화인중에서 하나를 선택하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤조일 아세틱 에스테르 유도체의 제조방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 알킬말로네이트의 알킬로서 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필기로 이루어진 것이 특징인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤조일 아세틱 에스테르 유도체의 제조방법.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속알콕사이드의 금속으로서 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 마그네슘으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤조일 아세틱 에스테르 유도체의 제조방법.
  6. 일반식(Ⅸ)로 표시되는 신규한 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산.
    일반식(Ⅸ)에 있어서, X는 플루오로 또는 클로로기를 표시한다.
  7. 3,4-디플루오르벤조산을 질산과 황산의 혼산 또는 진한 질산에서 니트로화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅸ)에 있어서, X는 플루오르를 표시한다.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 10-30℃에서 30분-1시간동안 니트로화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
  9. 일반식(Ⅹ)의 4,5-디클로로-2-니트로아세토페논을 금속플로라이드와 극성용매 존재하에 반응시켜 얻어진 일반식(ⅩⅠ)의 4-클로로-5-플루오로-2-니트로아세토페논을 제조하는 제 1 공정 및 일반식(ⅩⅠ)의 4-클로로-5-플루오로-2-니트로아세토페논에 나트륨크로메이트를 가하거나 또는 디옥산 용매에서 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산을 제조하는 제 2 공정으로 이루워진 것이 특징인 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅸ)에 있어서, X는 클로로기를 표시한다.
  10. 제 9 항의 제 1 공정에 있어서, 금속플로라이드의 금속으로 나트륨, 칼륨, 또는 리튬을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
  11. 제 9 항의 제 1 공정에 있어서, 극성용매로 디메틸포름아미드 또는 디메틸설폭시드를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
  12. 제 9 항의 제 1 공정에 있어서, 100-180℃에서 2-10시간동안 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
  13. 제 9 항의 제 2 공정에 있어서, 나트륨크로메이트로 반응할 때에는 아세트산, 황산, 물의 혼합액에서 5-24시간동안 10-30℃에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
  14. 제 9 항의 제 2 공정에 있어서, 디옥산 용매로 수산화나트륨 수용액과 브롬 및 디옥산용매 혼합액 존재하에 0-10℃에서 1시간 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅸ)의 4,5-디할로-2-니트로벤조산의 제조방법.
