Claims (7)

  1. 피렌을 40°내지 65℃ 하, 피렌-물의 중량비가 1:1.2 내지 2인 고농도의 수성 현탁액 중에서, 브롬과 반응시킴과 동시에 생성되는 브롬화수소를 산화제를 사용하여 브롬으로 재산화시키고, 반응혼합물을 70° 내지 130℃로 가열시켜 브롬화반응을 완결시킨 후, 환원제를 사용하여 과량의 브롬을 브롬화수소로 환원시키고, 형성된 1,3,6,8-테트라브로모피렌을, 바람직하게는 중가체 분리없이, pH8.5 내지 12내, 40°내지 100℃에서 알카리-후처리 함을 특징으로 하여, 1,3,6,8-테트라브로모피렌을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 피렌이 순도 85 내지 95%의 공업용 조피렌인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 피렌-물의 중량비가 1:1.5내지 1.7인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브롬화 반응을 45° 내지 55℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성된 브롬화수소를, 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 차아-열소산 염, 차아브롬산 염, 퍼옥소디술페이트, 열소산열 또는 브롬산 열을 사용하여, 브롬으로 재산화시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 재산화제가 열소산나트륨인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리-후처리 수행하는데 있어서, 먼저 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 가하여 반응혼합물의 pH를 6 내지 10로 조정한 후 가스상 또는 수용액 형태의 암모니아를 가하는 방법.
