Claims (5)

  1. 분무장치에 의해 분무되는 도장재료가 가변성 고전압을 가지는 고전압 발생기에 연결된 전극들의 코로나 방전에 의해 충전되는, 보다 상세하게는, 분무중 접지전 위에 있는 전도성 도장재료에 대해, 코로나 방전에 상응하는 가동전류가 측정되어지는 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법에 있어서, 도장장치가 동작 중에 있을 때, 코로나 가종전류가 미리 정해진 값으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미리 정해진 값이 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전극 공급전압이 가동전류를 조절할 목적으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법.
  4. 상기한 특허청구범위 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일정하게 유지되는 전류 값이 대기중의 습도나 다른 환경 조건의 함수로써 조절 또는 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하느 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법.
  5. 상기한 특허청구범위 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극 공급전압이 대기중의 습도의 함수로써 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 도장장치의 동작 조절방법.
