Claims (12)

  1. X-선 회절학적으로 실질상 비정질인 실리카 또는 실리카알루미나로 구성되고, 또 개개의 입자가 전체적으로 명확한 구상형상과 까칠까칠한 모양의 표면을 가지고, 하기식
    (식중 r1은 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진윤곽의 외접원 반경을 표시하고, r2는 그 내접원 반경을 표시한다)으로 정의 되는 진원도(A)가 0.90 내지 1의 범위 내에 있고, 하기식
    (식중, △t는 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진의 윤곽에 있어서의 까칠까칠한 형상의 요철의 경방향의 철부와 요부와의 사이의 깊이를 나타내고, r1은 상기한 의미를 가진다)으로 정의되는 까칠까칠한 정도(B)가 1내지 10%의 범위내에 있고, 또 전자 현미경법에 의한 1차 입경(2r1)이 0.1 내지 20㎛의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카 내지 실리카 알루미나 구상 입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 0.85 이하의 1차 입경의 표준편차를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상입자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 1.2g/㎖의 부피 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상 입자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 400㎡/g이하의 BET°비표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상 입자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    SiO260-99.99%
    Al2O30-15%
    Na2O 0-14%
    작열감량 15% 이하의 중량 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상 입자.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 1%고형분의 수성 분산액으로 했을 때 4.0 내지 10의 pH를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상 입자.
  7. X-선 회절학적으로 실질상 비정질하고, 또한 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 6 내지 30이고, Na2O함유량이 2.0중량%이하의 실리카 알루미나로 구성되고, 또 개개의 입자가 전체적으로 명확한 구상형상과 까칠까칠한 형상의 표면을 가지고, 하기식
    (식중 r1은 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진 윤곽의 외접원 반경을 나타내고, r2는 그 내접원 반경을 표시한다)으로 정의되는 진원도(A)가 0.90 내지 1의 범위 내에 있고, 하기식
    (식중, △t는 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진의 윤곽에 있어서의 까칠까칠한 형상의 요철의 경방향의 철부와 요부의 사이의 깊이를 표시하고, r1은 상기한 의미를 가진다)으로 정의되는 까칠까칠한 정도(B)가 1 내지 10%의 범위내에 있고, 전자 현미경법에 의한 1차 입경(2r1)이 0.1 내지 20㎛의 범위 내에 있고, 또 25℃ 및 90% RH의 분위기 속에 24시간 유지했을 때의 흡습량이 13%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카 알루미나 구상 입자.
  8. X-선 회절학적으로 실질상 비정질이고, 또한 SiO2함유량이 85중량% 이상의 실리카로 구성되고, 또 개개의 입가가 전체적으로 명확한 구상 형상과 까칠까칠한 모양의 표면을 가지고, 하기식
    (식중 r1은 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진 윤곽의 외접원 반경을 나타내고, r2는 그 내접원 반경을 표시한다)으로 정의되는 진원도(A)가 0.90 내지 1의 범위 내에 있고, 하기식
    (식중, △t는 상기 입자의 전자현미경 사진의 윤곽에 있어서의 까칠까칠한 형상의 요철의 경방향으로의 철부와 요부와의 사이의 깊이를 나타내고, r1은 상기한 의미를 가진다)으로 정의되는 까칠까칠한 정도(B)가 1 내지 10%의 범위내에 있고, 전자 현미경법에 의한 1차 입경(2r1)이 0.1 내지 20㎛의 범위 내에 있고, 또 25℃ 및 90% RH의 분위기 속에 24시간 유지했을 때의 흡습량이 5 내지 25중량%의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카 구상 입자.
  9. 제1항에 의한 비정질 실리카 내지 실리카 알루미나 구상 입자로 구성되는 중체체용 충전제.
  10. 제7항에 의한 비정질 실리카 알루미나 구상 입자로 구성되는 중합체용 충전제.
  11. 제8항에 의한 비정질 실리카 구상 입자로 구성되는 화장품용 전료.
  12. P형 제오라이트에 특유의 X-선 회절상을 가지고, 또 개개의 입자가 전체적으로 명확한 구상형상과 까칠까칠한 형상의 표면을 가지는 제오라이트 입자를 합성하는 공정 및 상기 제오라이트 입자를 이단계 또는 다단계의 산처리에 회부하여, 그 제오라이트를 비정질화 하는 데에 충분한 나트륨분 또는 다시 알루미나분을 제거하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카 내지 실리카 알루미나 구상입자의 제조방법.
