Claims (4)
- 형광체표면에 거의 구상 또는 반구상의 이산화규소, 알루미늄화합물 및 아연화합물로된 표면처리물질을 형성시켜서되고, 또한 이 표면처리물질의 70중량% 이상은 평균입경 60내지 300um의 범위의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 표면처리물질의 이산화규소량, 알루미늄화합물중의 알루미늄량 및 아연화합물중의 아연량이 형광체 100중량부에 대하여 각각 0.01내지 1.00중량부, 0.10중량부 이하 및 0.003내지 0.25중량부인 것을 특징으로하는 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 평균입경이 70내지 200um인 것을 특징으로하는 형광체.
