제2도는, 제1도의 상태에 있어서의 자력선이 분포 상태를 나타낸 단면도.
제3도는, 본 발명에서 영구자석이 자기저항 소자에서 조금 어긋난 상태에 있어서의 자력선의 분포 상태를 나타낸 단면도로서, 각각의 도면에 있어서 자기 유도편(12)은 두께를 확대하여 나타내었다.
제4도의 (a)은, 영구자석에 의하여 형성되는 자력선의 분포도, (b)는, 제4도의 (a)의 직선(b)에 있어서의 그 직선(b)방향의 자계에 세기 (실선)와 방향을 무시한 자계의 세기(점선)를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (2)
- 비자성 재료로서 이루어진 실린더 튜우브내에 피스턴을 긴밀하고 또한 미끄럼 이동이 자유롭게 끼워 넣어진 유체압력 실린더의 상기 피스턴의 상기 실린더 튜우브내에서의 이동을 이 실린더 튜우브 바깥쪽에서 검출하는 유체압력 실린더의 피스턴 위치 검출 장치에 있어서, 상기 피스턴(2)에 붙임 고정된 영구자석(3)과, 상기 실린더 튜우브(1)의 바깥둘레의 소망의 위치에 붙임 고정되고 상기 영구자석(3)이 형성하는 자계에 감응하여 전기적 검출 신호를 발생하는 자기 검출소자(7)와, 이 자기 검출소자(7)와 상기 실린더 튜우브(1)의 사이에 끼워져 이 자기 검출소자(7)보다 평면 면적이 실질적으로 크고 또한 잔류자기의 작은 시이트형상의 자기 유도편(12), 으로서 이루어지고, 상기 영구자석(3)이 상기 자기 검출소자(7)의 정면에 대응한때에는, 상기 자기 유도편(12)이 이 자기 검출소자(7)로 작용하게 하는 상기 영구자석(3)의 자속의 일부만을 바이페스 유도하는 것에 의하여 자기포화하고, 상기 영구자석 (3)이 상기 자기 검출소자(7)의 정면에서실질적으로 어긋남에 따라서, 상기 자기 유도편(12)이 상기 자기 검출소자(7)로 작용하게 하는 상기 영구자석 (3)의 자속을 바이페스 유도하는 비율이 증대하는 구성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압력 실린더의 피스턴 위치 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 유도편(12)이, 철·니켈계, 또는, 철·니켈·코발트계의 아몰퍼스 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압력 실린더의 피스턴 위치 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
