Claims (9)
- 内部に摺動孔を有するシリンダチューブと、
前記摺動孔に沿って往復移動可能に配置されたピストンユニットと、
前記ピストンユニットから軸方向に突出したピストンロッドと、を備え、
前記ピストンユニットは、
前記ピストンロッドから径方向外方に突出したピストン本体と、
前記ピストン本体の外周部に装着されたパッキンと、
前記ピストン本体の外周部に装着され、マグネット保持部を有する保持部材と、
前記マグネット保持部により保持され、前記ピストン本体の周方向に部分的に配置されたマグネットと、を有し、
前記マグネット保持部は、前記保持部材の外周面にて開口した切欠部を有し、
前記保持部材は、前記ピストン本体の外周部に沿って周方向に延在する周方向部を有し、
前記マグネット保持部は、前記周方向部の内周面から内方に突出し、
前記切欠部は、前記周方向部の外周面にて開口している、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記マグネットの外端は、前記切欠部に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記マグネット保持部は、前記周方向部の軸方向寸法の範囲内に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項3記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記保持部材には、前記マグネット保持部に対して周方向にずれた位置に、前記シリンダチューブに対する前記保持部材の回転を阻止する回り止め用突起が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記摺動孔及びピストン本体は円形であり、
前記保持部材は、前記ピストンロッドに対して相対回転可能であり、
前記ピストンロッドは、前記シリンダチューブに対して相対回転可能であり、
前記保持部材は、前記シリンダチューブに対する相対回転が規制されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項5記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記シリンダチューブの内周面には、前記シリンダチューブの軸方向に沿って回り止め用溝が設けられ、
前記保持部材には、前記回り止め用溝に係合した回り止め用突起が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項6記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記パッキンの外周部には、前記回り止め用溝に挿入されるとともに前記回り止め用溝の内面に摺動可能に接触した凸部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項7記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピストン本体は、前記ピストンロッドに対して相対回転可能である、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記保持部材は、前記ピストン本体が前記シリンダチューブに接触することを阻止するように構成されたウエアリングである、
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
